"The hotel was decent and met my expectations. The room was clean and quiet, and the location was convenient. The staff were polite and helpful. Nothing outstanding, but it was a comfortable stay overall."

"The hotel's location is acceptable, a 10-minute walk to the airport bus stop. Service, cleanliness, maintenance, space, and bedding quality were satisfactory. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and is average but acceptable. The air conditioning is very noisy; I really don't understand why so many hotels in Canada use this terrible air conditioner. There are two air conditioners in the room; it's quieter at night when only the living room air conditioner is on. The most unacceptable thing is that the curtains cannot be fully drawn; only the sheer curtains can be fully drawn. There's a parking lot across the street, and the lights are very bright at night, affecting sleep quality."

"Location strategic as there are fewer homeless people around compared with the 7th Avenue or core shopping area, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. It's near Chinatown too. I however do not particularly like this hotel as there's no kettle inside the room, air conditioning is rather strong and couldn't be adjusted except the temperature. Nothing to eat nearby and the restaurant on 2/F requires booking. The hotel doesn't have a character itself. Most ridiculous is that they require a security deposit by really debiting my credit card upon my checkin (usually hotels won't present the card for similar deposit as security)."

"I was in Calgary for a conference, and the hotel was booked by my office. There was a slight hitch during check-in, but the front desk handled it smoothly afterward. Room types at the same price point varied quite a bit. Our room had a sofa bed, making the space feel a bit small and cramped for my liking. I later opted to pay for an upgrade to a suite, which significantly increased the overall space. Surprisingly, the hotel's location was more convenient than expected. There's a convenience store and a Tim Hortons downstairs, and parking was relatively easy to find. From our room, we could see the ice rink below, which I imagine would create a festive atmosphere when open. The pool is not large and doesn't have a slide, but it's fine for a quick swim when it's not crowded. Overall, the location and convenience were good, better than I had anticipated."

"As it's a newly opened establishment, it was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The staff were very friendly, and the gym facilities were great. I especially appreciated that they offered complimentary tea on the first floor on cloudy days. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."
