"The hotel is very close to Zurich Airport, which is super convenient if you have an early flight the next day – you can even grab breakfast before heading out. They offer a great variety of breakfast options, and everything is replenished promptly. There's a supermarket nearby and a train station right across the street. The rooms have air conditioning and a fridge, and if you find the AC isn't strong enough, you can always ask the front desk for a fan."

"The view of the airport from the second floor of the building is unfortunately obstructed by trees. The bedding, including sheets and pillowcases, was noticeably damp, and the air conditioning unit proved ineffective in mitigating the moisture. Consequently, the linens retained an unpleasant odor from previous occupants. Overall, the cleanliness of the accommodations was marginally above average. Noteworthy issues included staining within the toilets and hard water stains on the rubber/plastic trim of the shower door. Given the nightly parking charge of 28 CHF, one would anticipate a higher standard regarding the maintenance and replacement of minor yet discernible room components. Furthermore, a microwave was not available for public use. Guests planning to utilize microwaveable meals from budget retailers such as Aldi or Lidl should make alternative arrangements. The hotel's location presents navigational challenges due to the street layout, requiring guests to proceed to the next traffic light and execute a side road maneuver or U-turn to access the airport."

"I came to Switzerland to enjoy the beautiful views, scenery and everything this amazing country has to offer, so I wasn’t expecting my hotel stay to become such a special part of the trip. ❤️🇨🇭 A big thank you to the Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Zurich for making my birthday so memorable. Even though I spent most of my time out exploring Switzerland, coming back to such a thoughtful birthday surprise made the day even more special. A special thank you to Sophie, who noticed that it was my birthday and took the time to arrange everything. The flowers, chocolates, champagne and the beautiful room setup were such a lovely surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel very special. "Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out, or with a layover. We couldn't check in before 3 PM, but there were complimentary fruits and drinks in the lobby. The room facilities were excellent, and the bathroom had strong water pressure and even a shower seat! After 24 days of tiny, cramped hotel bathrooms in Switzerland where it was hard to even turn around, this was a welcome luxury before leaving the country. The breakfast was good too."

"Check-in independently is cheaper, but it can be troublesome if problems arise. The hotel has a manager's phone number available via WhatsApp, but there are no service staff, so problems can't be addressed immediately. For example, there were no blankets in my room, and I forgot my things when I checked out. Although the manager handled the issue by phone and provided good service, it wasn't immediate. This might not be suitable if you frequently need staff assistance. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the S23 intersection, one stop from Zurich HB. There's some noise from the train at night, but it's acceptable. Finally, the hotel has heating but no air conditioning. I heard it can get hot to over 30 degrees Celsius in the summer, so be aware."

"The hotel is not in the Center of Zurich but on Orliekon. Area of workers . And not a cheap hotel too . The hotel very clean , soft beds , we got a very good room . Breakfast simple but very tasty . As it is near my relatives I will take it again"

"Nice and comfortable hotel. Away from city, quiet amd calmer area. Short walk to tram and train station so it is easy to get to the city center and to Zurich airport."

"hello. accommodation was a 3.5/5. very well could have been a 5/5 though. the location was amazing, right next to the train station and nearby supermarkets. it was rather clean with lovely crisp sheets, and clean surfaces accompanied with a balcony. there was a clothes line provided as-well as washing machines and dryers downstairs in the basement. there was a kitchen with most of the utensils necessary, however points are lost for the lack of cleaning supplies (literally none). we couldn’t clean our dishes…. there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but there was provided shampoo/body wash so not a big deal. there was quite bad water pressure on the showers behalf, and on the final two days of our stay there was no hot water at all, which was quite frustrating (we didn’t contact anyone to help though).  overall it was quite a nice stay and I would definitely recommend this place with some slight improvements.  thankyou"

"This was a truly excellent trip. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic; public transportation is readily accessible, and it's only one or two stops from Zurich Central Station. Directly across the street, there's a huge Coop supermarket and a Coop restaurant, so dining options are sorted. Secondly, the hotel itself is great and lives up to the Marriott brand's standards, with very enthusiastic staff. What really stood out was ”Lili” at the front desk. She was incredibly kind. I was particularly impressed when she remembered my name the next day when I was buying coffee. During check-out, she even presented the bill neatly in an envelope and was generally very helpful. All in all, it was a perfect experience."

"We stayed for 2 days at the accommodation. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is also large. You get daily coffee and tea service, and there's a fridge, TV, and desk available in the room. Free water, ice, and a microwave are available at the hotel reception 24/7, and the staff are attentive. There's also an Italian restaurant where you can order food to your room."
