"The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne."

"This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service."

"Location is convenient but proximity to highway makes it quite noisy. The rooms are ok but i found the mattress a bit uncomfortable."

"My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below)."

"Lausanne transport card was sent by mail before departure, so I was able to use bus from the station. Otherwise it would have taken 15 minutes on foot upward, in Lausanne you have to walk up and down always. The Beaulieu theatre I visited was in the walking distance. The room was simple but clean. The reception staff is very kind. It is more than enough for one night stay. I would stay again for my next trip."

"This hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the train station. The uphill walk to the hotel almost killed me, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. High floors offer a view of the lake. It's a great value. The subway is right next to the train station, and the lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Love it!"

"The hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep."
