Hotels near Montchoisi, Lausanne

My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below).

This room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is right by the lake. If the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains and lakes opposite are beautiful. It is very close to the Olympic Committee. The shortcomings are: 1. The bathroom and shower are separated by a bedroom, which makes it awkward to go to the bathroom while taking a shower. 2. The floor is too old and needs to be polished and oiled to be decent. In short, the flaws are not enough to overshadow the advantages. I will choose this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised by Hotel Moxy! Ideal location in the heart of Lausanne. The hotel has a contemporary/street art style. Exceptional welcome and top-notch service (especially the free public transport). The room was comfortable, the bedding excellent, and there was no noise at all. Continental breakfast. Great value for money. I recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what really made my experience special was the staff. I want to give a special mention to Natthaphong from Thailand, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and his warm hospitality left a lasting impression. Thank you, Natthaphong, for making my trip memorable!

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center! It's close to shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, it's clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which was crucial given it was +34 outside. The breakfasts are delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The family room is very spacious and can see the lake. The sofa bed is laid out in advance, so there is no problem sleeping two people. But the location is relatively far away, close to the highway, and suitable for self-driving tours. There is a subway station downstairs, and the hotel provides two-day subway tickets, so you can take the subway to visit Lausanne for free.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne.

This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

Located north of the train station, easily accesible with quite some uphill, but manageable with luggage. The room was squeaky clean and the staff was friendly. The decor is as you see in the photos.
