"Because of this journey, I stayed for ten days and I should have been very satisfied with this hotel, but the attitude of the front desk clerk on the last day has given me another view!  I think the guests don't understand English and say some bad things. Too friendly to talk!"

"My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below)."

"Lausanne transport card was sent by mail before departure, so I was able to use bus from the station. Otherwise it would have taken 15 minutes on foot upward, in Lausanne you have to walk up and down always. The Beaulieu theatre I visited was in the walking distance. The room was simple but clean. The reception staff is very kind. It is more than enough for one night stay. I would stay again for my next trip."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service."
