"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just one stop from Zurich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There are also direct trains to Interlaken, though they are infrequent, so be sure to check the SBB schedule. The breakfast is good and quite varied, offering hot roasted potatoes, mushrooms, and more. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a Coop, and you can even snag food surprise boxes on Too Good To Go, saving a significant amount on meal expenses. However, on our second day, after we had informed the front desk the night before that we needed a breakfast box and they confirmed the time and noted it, we were told upon arriving at the front desk that nothing had been prepared. As we had a train to catch, we had no choice but to give up. Furthermore, the hotel provides kettles, but it was odd. The first kettle we borrowed had a distinct chemical cleaning solution smell, which was quite off-putting. The second one, no matter how many times we boiled water, was full of limescale!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! The rooms are well-equipped, there's a supermarket nearby, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. Plus, there's a park behind the hotel, perfect for a run."

"This hotel location is perfect, only 4-5 mins walk from Oerlikon Station, which is 9 mins train to airport and 10 mins to Zurich HB. There are lots of restaurants around and 2 big supermarkets which is next to the hotel. The staff are very helpful and give good advices for sightseeing. The room is spacious and clean. The little kitchen is well equipped."

"We took the tram, which was not far from the airport. Public transportation in Zurich is extremely expensive, so it's a good idea to consider round-trip transportation from the airport before making your accommodation decision. The hotel was generally clean, and it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram. There are two ways to get there: take the number 10 tram to Oerlikerhus station or the number 12 tram to Fersehstudio station. The former costs €7 one way, while the latter costs €4.60 (since Oerlikerhus is across the street). I recommend taking the Fersehstudio station."

"I stay here for 8 hours as arriving at 20:30 and leaving at 04:30 in early morning for 07:00 flight. It’s a great location for taking train. If your schedule is tight as mine, I would recommend this place for business travelers."

"The cleanliness was just okay, and the hotel felt a bit run-down. The location wasn't great either. I guess for Zurich, where everything is expensive, the price of this hotel is acceptable. There's also a bus stop nearby."

"I booked a room with breakfast included. However, during check-in I was told breakfast was not included. I need to verified my booking with the email voucher to the front desk and she amended it. Regretfully, the next few days, I need to re-verify with front desk again because the waiter/waitress said breakfast was not included. The property description mentioned that each category is provided with air-conditioning but I cannot operate the temperature and fan speed because they are centrally controlled. Also, in the room details mentioned that slippers are provided but was not."

"Receptionisy did not explain well some things upon admission, like shuttle service to the airport, bar times and breakfast. She just proceed with the admission as if she wants to getc rid of us immediately. The remote of the TV is not working, and the TV itself is on and off, looks like signal problem."

"This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport the night before your flight, or when you first arrive. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient; it's free to the hotel but there's a charge for the return trip to the airport. It's a standard business hotel, and given the prices in Switzerland, I think it's a decent choice even if you have to put up with the slight inconvenience of traveling to nearby areas. The photo was taken when we walked to a nearby station to go to Bern. My mom and I managed the walk with our suitcases. I'm highlighting these points because they were important to me, and I hope this helps others."
