First time staying at Atour, very disappointing...
As soon as I walked in, I found that the toilet seat was not clean and had obvious stains. I called the front desk and asked if I wanted to change rooms. I said just clean it for me. The housekeeper came over and took a long time to fix it for me, but it fell off. I was too lazy to change rooms.
Moreover, the soundproofing was so poor that I could clearly hear the movements of a couple in the next room, which was quite intense...
It was also very noisy in the morning, and I could clearly hear the conversation next door in the morning!
When I checked out, the front desk asked me about my stay experience, so I told me so. The front desk was very nice, apologized, and said they would upgrade my room next time...
With this soundproofing, who would want to stay here again?

Excellent customer service from arrival to check out. Staff were prepared & expecting my check in. They able to identify me and greeted me warmly. Registration was efficient and quick. I was escorted to my rooms with my luggage assisted by a male staff(姓谷). Throughout my 7 nights stay, he always greeted me w a smile and unfailingly polite whether at reception lobby or at breakfast( helping me get my coffee and recommending additionals) In fact, all the staff were always courteous when I passed them, giving me directions when approached, offering an umbrella when it was raining on my way out & thus making me feel welcome in Dalian.
The location is right in the heart of Kaifaqu shopping zone and all within walking distance.
I love the 2nd floor lobby layout with free beverages, comfy seats and even a long informal conference table seatings for impromptu meetings. Attractively arranged fruit platters delivered daily to my room always made me smile upon my return and made my day. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel if I return to Dalian.

I had a very pleasant stay at Yinfan Dalian. The location is convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff were especially polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Housekeeping also did a great job—very attentive and efficient. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dalian.

The location is excellent: it's very close to Dalian North Station, making it convenient for transfers to and from the airport and high-speed train station. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, with breakfast, a gym, a pool, and a sauna – very nice! 👍 Most importantly, the room was quiet and had a great view, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, all vegetarian, but incredibly tasty! As a late riser, I struggled to eat it, but it was well worth it. The room was elegant and clean, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. There were lots of plants. It's very convenient to have a shopping mall next door. It was a bit noisy during the holiday, though, as there were events going on early in the day. The hotel was fantastic, and I'd definitely stay there again. It's also close to Dalian North Station, making it a quick taxi ride away. If I ever visit Dalian, I'd definitely stay there again! The service was also excellent.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The service is too average compared to other Ibis hotels in other cities. It is opposite a large hospital, which is convenient for those who need to take care of patients. There are not many parking spaces, which is very tight. There are few choices for eating around, and I only saw Mr. Li's Beef Noodles.

Relatives from other places came to the Third Hospital of the Medical University for surgery. I searched for this hotel to be the closest, and it was also very close to the light rail station, which was more convenient. Although the hotel is old, it is very clean, and there are many breakfast categories, absolutely cost-effective. The lobby on the first floor also has a reading column, with tourist routes and introductions to Internet celebrity attractions, very intimate! 👍👍

GGuest UserAn unexpectedly great stay! The room was spacious and bright when we walked in, and you can't beat the feeling of sitting by the window, sipping tea, and watching the sea. I was worried it might be cold in Dalian in winter, but the heating in the room was excellent. The only thing is, the wind by the sea in Dalian is incredibly strong in winter, so it was a bit chilly right by the window. The staff (a young lady) had excellent service. We arrived a little after 12 PM, and since there was a clean room available, she let us check in early. When we asked for an extra quilt later, it was brought over right away. There are so many great food options nearby! Dingxi Sea Urchin Dumplings, Nanshan Fresh Shrimp Noodles, and Well Well American Restaurant were all delicious. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, which is a perfect spot for feeding seagulls. All in all, we got a sea-view room for five days and four nights for the price of one night during peak season – amazing value for money!

During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic. Her service had a certain straightforward, welcoming 'Northern style' that was quite refreshing. The room had a small balcony, but I barely noticed it; I dropped my bags and made a beeline for the Rock Shop, as that was the main event.
It was just past peak season, so it wasn't crowded. I went straight to the pin display case. When I was taking photos, the staff member thoughtfully opened the case for me, allowing me a clearer view of all the current season's pins. This small gesture instantly revealed he was a fellow collector, truly understanding the mindset of an enthusiast.
Upon learning I was particularly fond of the Core Icon series, the staff member immediately brought out some 'store reserves' from the back, which included the Dalian Core Icon and an opening day pin. These were technically not for sale, but noticing there were two Core Icons, I cheekily pleaded with him to let me have one. After navigating several internal approvals, my new friend went out of his way to make an exception for me, and I finally got my wish!
The Hard Rock pin collecting community is incredibly small, and we even discovered we had mutual friends when we chatted! So when he said, '成人之美' – essentially, 'it's a pleasure to help someone achieve their desire' – it perfectly captured the mutual respect and camaraderie that runs through our small community of collectors. My heartfelt thanks!
If you're a fellow pin enthusiast, you absolutely must come and check it out, and have a chat with the store manager in person. That's where true passion and dedication truly shine.
Oh, and remember the manager's name – Rock Shop Michael Jackson!

We're a big family, so we had a lot of luggage when we arrived. Lisa immediately greeted us with a smile at the hotel entrance and enthusiastically helped us with our bags, not showing any signs of annoyance. She was incredibly patient during check-in and great with the kids. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully arranged a quiet, lower-floor room away from the street, and she even made sure it wasn't near the elevator to avoid noise at night and ensure a good rest. She was more considerate than we were ourselves! The moment we walked into the room, we were super pleased! The hygiene was impeccable.
What truly touched us were Lisa's thoughtful details, every single one of them hit the mark! When we checked out, she even gave us a little gift that the kids absolutely loved. She told us where the nearby supermarkets and convenience stores were and even drew a simple map for us. Knowing we were visiting Dalian, she enthusiastically recommended reliable seafood restaurants and family-friendly attractions, even advising us on the best times to go to avoid crowds and the sun – it was incredibly helpful. Getting around Dalian, whether for shopping, seafood, or the beach, was very convenient. Traveling with kids was a breeze. Overall, our stay was truly impeccable, and Lisa's service made our entire trip incredibly enjoyable! She was gentle, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, always greeting us with a smile and always looking out for guests. She was as warm and caring as family, making us feel so welcomed in unfamiliar Dalian. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Dalian!

The room was fully equipped, with free WiFi and a large projector, making it perfect for families with kids – you can keep an eye on them while still having your own space. The hotel's location is excellent, just one street away from the beach, so it's super convenient to walk there. There's a parking lot downstairs and street parking available too. The owner is very warm and welcoming, and recommended Kaidan Plaza nearby for food, which has a great variety of dining options. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Donggang!

RRobinMowatBooked 2 rooms on a higher floor to enjoy the city views. Unfortunately there was a noticeable toilet smell in both rooms. Reporting this to the hotel staff we were allocated alternative rooms. They still had a smell but it was less pungent than the others. Having stayed at this hotel a few years ago, its showing signs of tiredness in fixtures, fittings and facilities. We were told the hotel will be refurbished in the year ahead.
Breakfast buffet is good with a wide selection of western and Asian cuisines. It gets busy, especially at the weekend.
There is a decent sized pool though the changing rooms are in need of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of other 5 star properties in the city.
Room rates are currently low to reflect the hotels current situation, as told by a manager when the room smell was reported. Still a great stay thanks to its location and breakfast offering and the room rates.
Look forward to its refurbishment in the future.

GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations.
The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled.
The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.
