Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors or neglected corners. It had excellent natural light and ventilation, and all the facilities were new and complete. The toiletries provided were also of high quality. The staff were all incredibly gentle and polite, offering thoughtful and attentive service. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Highly recommend!

This is by far the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at, and definitely the worst hotel in its class. The elevators require a room card, but the system is old and you have to swipe, not just tap. The first time I tried, it wouldn't work no matter what. When checking in, the staff didn't explain anything. After I checked in, I wanted to do laundry but didn't know which floor the laundry room was on. I then realized the in-room phone wasn't working to call the front desk. I changed my clothes, ready to go directly to the laundry room, only to find out laundry costs money and requires special tokens. I'd have to go down to the first-floor lobby. I didn't want to go to the lobby in my pajamas, so I gave up. I haven't encountered a hotel that charges for laundry in ages; if I had known, I would have done it at my previous hotel. On the second day, I went for breakfast. The restaurant was old and dark, and most of the food was cold, which was really unappetizing. Coming back to the hotel in the evening, I found that my room hadn't been cleaned, and the trash hadn't even been emptied. There wasn't even water in the lobby downstairs, let alone hot drinks. How can a Holiday Inn be this bad? The only good thing is its location. It's right above a subway station, there's a Wei Family Liangpi (cold noodles) downstairs, and it's not far from pedestrian streets and attractions like Zhangyuan.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, just a short walk away. During holidays, the surrounding area is often subject to traffic control, so taking public transport is definitely the way to go. However, there aren't many staff at the front desk, and their capacity to handle guests is limited. Every time I needed to ask a question or get something done, I had to wait in line, which was quite chaotic and stressful. On the first day, I tried to check in around 3 or 4 PM, but the room was still being cleaned, so I had to wait again. Luckily, they offer luggage storage, and there's a public restroom on the first floor. The room itself is quite spacious, with a small table and a sofa. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and food delivery is also very convenient, with robots bringing orders right to your room. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear deliveries being made late into the night and the clunky sound of carts rolling over the uneven floor in the hallway.

Facilities: Excellent facilities. The room's mini-fridge was stocked with sparkling water, Coke, and mineral water. Cleanliness: Super clean! The towels smelled lovely, and there was a pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel when I walked in. Environment: Great location, directly opposite Plaza 66, making it convenient to go anywhere. Service: The front desk staff were very warm, polite, and offered service with a smile.

Decided to visit Tianjin on a whim for some food and fun. Booked this hotel on the train. Atour, as always, delivered consistent quality. The short-haired girl at check-in was friendly and enthusiastic. The location is excellent – right by the subway and a must-try seafood spot. Within walking distance, you'll find Erduoyan, Goubuli, and Zhonglihua, with plenty of places to explore. If you're tired of walking, there's even a tram you can take. Right opposite the hotel entrance is Zhen Sucheng Breakfast, which offers delicious and affordable food.

First off, a big shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. That's the only reason I didn't give a bad review. Now, for some detailed issues with the hotel: There's no accessible ramp at the main entrance. Guests with luggage or strollers have to carry them up, which is extremely inconvenient. While there's a ”handicapped ramp” at the side entrance, it's so steep it's practically unusable, and almost always blocked by electric scooters. The duvet was the most uncomfortable I've ever encountered. The duvet insert and cover were completely separate, so every night I ended up sleeping with just two layers of duvet cover, and the insert would always shift around. The duvet cover also wasn't sealed at the bottom, making me wonder if the insert inside was a bit unclean. The bathroom in the room had no door and faced the sink directly. For a business trip, this would be incredibly awkward. You can't close off the toilet area, so odors are unavoidable. The toilet seat was also loose; it would shift every time I sat down, which was very uncomfortable! Also, the room only had one wardrobe with a door for hanging clothes. If you washed clothes, there was nowhere else to hang them, which was very inconvenient. The wardrobe space itself was tiny; I couldn't even hang a dress without it bunching up at the bottom. Why wasn't a proper hanging area designed? Or at least remove the wardrobe door and the bottom panel so longer clothes could hang and air out better.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location in the bustling Nanjing Road commercial area. It's super convenient for dining and shopping, and the subway station is within walking distance, making transportation incredibly easy. 👍 Service: All the staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They're quick to help resolve any issues and are always polite and considerate, which is really thoughtful. 😊 Facilities: The room was generally clean and tidy, with a comfortable setup. The bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. Food: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 🎖️🎖️🎖️

My stay at the Hanting Hotel Neo (Tianjin Binjiang Road Heping Road Pedestrian Street branch) exceeded all expectations! I'm giving five-star ratings across the board for cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities. The room was spotless, and the split air conditioner and screen-mirroring TV were really practical. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the commercial district and super close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The service was warm and attentive, making it perfect for travelers. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin!

Came to Tianjin for the May Day holiday and stayed at the Tangla Hotel Tianjin. My entire stay here was filled with happiness. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always willing to help. You could truly feel their dedication to service. As the holiday comes to an end, I'm sad to leave, and I hope to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!

The business suite we booked is very suitable for a family trip. The facilities are relatively complete. Although the hotel is a bit old, there is no problem with overall use. It is also clean. The main thing is that the hotel is located on Binjiang Road Pedestrian Street, with a relatively advantageous geographical location. There is an underground parking lot for parking, which is convenient for driving. Downstairs is Xikai Church.
