"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm."

"We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. However, we are always surprised by the fact that the reception staff is not the mist professional: they alwaysshow some insecurities when, e.g., asked about the parking, the payment or about the countless WhatsApp messages sent from tge headquarters before and after checking in. The rooms are nicely designed in Scandinavian style. The bathroom (sink) is not separated from the room by a door if so you use the bathroom at night you’ll possibly wake up the second person when switching on the light on the way to the toilet. Staff generally is very friendly. The adjacent brewery restaurant is convenient but not exactly serving exciting food, just a rather small menu of some hearty dishes."

"Very nice hotel. Huge room, has coffee and Team and fridge and by the Reception a Machine for different coffee for 50 cent and a machine where u can get drinks and snacks. Wht we didn't like I couldn't get hold to reception before arrival and it wasn't very clean. Other then that really nice"

"We stayed for three nights as a family and found it very comfortable. We appreciated the clean facilities, quiet surroundings, and delicious breakfast. We caused some trouble when leaving the parking lot because we didn't understand the payment or exit procedure. The only disappointment was that there was no refrigerator."

"Really good price for a hotel 100m from train station. Short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We were there for the Mainz v Stuttgart football match and it was perfect. Bus stop meters away so super convenient. Good sized room, comfortable beds, very clean and functional bathroom. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Very easy to access just off main route from Autobahn. Will certainly use again next time we visit Mainz"

"The location is very convenient, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's facilities are average, and you can smell the smell of urine in the bathroom after entering the room. Although the cleaning is still clean, it is estimated that the water level has re-seepage or anti-odor."
