Hotels near Obervieland, Bremen

Great location! Pleasant spacious room. However, for this price better amenities were expected as there was no body & head shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, lotion etc. The fridge did not work properly (did not cool down). Also you can’t adjust the airco too much only 3 degrees above or below. (Quite cold did not heat properly when turned on). Mentioned that we didn’t want a room close by the elevator but still got this but the room was nice and no sound heard from outside! Furthermore, breakfast is standard nothing special similar to cheaper places, I would eat outside. Parking really expensive €30 per 24h €4 per hour I would recommend this place for its location for a small city trip ideal since you are located in the city centre but if you have more time, I would recommend other spots as you pay premium for the location.

The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

Quick check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. The mattresses were too soft for my taste. We were too rocking for the lake stage. The location was fantastic (easily within walking distance). Getting there from the main train station was quick and easy by tram. We'd love to come back next year.

Nicely located, clean and comfy bed. However the design of the wall mounted TV is questionable as people of the same height of the TV might bump their heads - I did a few times due to the narrow space between the wall and bed. The hotel staff themselves are helpful but they should train the kitchen or delivery staff as when we were checking out and asking to store our baggage, although the receptionist was really lovely and helpful, somebody with the kitchen symbol written on their uniform joked/commented ”it's not a bomb right?”. This is a totally unacceptable comment, and people from the service sector should not say something like this, especially if we pass all the security controls to get to your city and spend money in your city.

Hotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.  However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.   Overall good for our needs.

Excellent hotel, the receptionists were very friendly and professional. I made my reservation through Trip.com, you can choose if you wanted a quieter room or not. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and we returned to the hotel early in the evening, so it seemed quiet. The elevator is a bit small if you're traveling with a stroller, however, everything else was great.

I am very happy to choose this hotel, about 10 minutes from the train station, the room is clean/renovated modern group has a consistent style, there is a PT lady at the front desk called Magda, she is very good and she has taken Chinese classes in Beijing before, so she can speak/understand the small Mandarin, And the front desk manager Mr Linck, he will recommend nearby attractions to me.

Great staff and nice location. Really helpful and tried to resolve all issues. Tea and coffee available 24/7 free of charge. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Bremen next time.

Check out without problem. if you want to use the very large spacious parking garage ( below the hotel), €10 per day, You must check in first, before the same room code, the parking garage code, There's only little stop room with a car before the door. You can park freely around the corner. (I didn't know this.) Rooms small but complete and nice. It only took a long time before the water , both washboard and shower became warm. dit kost wel veel waterverspilling. 2 nights sleeping , loose lakens , not ideal, but room not cleaned. We did not need clean towels, so we didn't need a problem, waste pack full but not empty. Overall very satisfied with price and quality.

The location is great, not far from Bremen Central Station. Unfortunately, we had a terrible Saturday-Sunday night due to the fire alarm going off at 3 AM, triggered by smokers in a non-smoking room. 😴
