"The hotel is classy, with spacious and clean rooms. The decor is very distinctive, and its location directly opposite the Potala Palace makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There are also multiple bus routes to the city center. Breakfast is quite varied as well."

"It is near the Alhambra. So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area. It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The room had a great big bed, AC worked well. The toilet took getting used to. We wanted the room for the convenience to the Alhambra and the terrace, but it was too hot to get much use of the terrace. There was no laundromat or laundry service in the hotel despite being listed on the amenities in Trip."

"The room was great, with everything we needed. The service attitude was also very good, and the layout was reasonable. I felt that the hotel was a bit old, with an old-fashioned hotel style. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, which is quite convenient but also a bit of a distance."

"This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Spain. The room size was quite generous, especially for European standards, and the interior was spotless and well-maintained. Its location right on the edge of the old town was perfect, and for those driving, there's a dedicated underground parking garage right next door. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown as it was very Western-focused with no hot food options, just pastries, bread, yogurt, and fruit bowls, which was a shame."

The car parked in the parking lot next door, and it had to be stopped when you checked out. The hotel paid 17 euros/day. The payment failed on the parking app 13.95 Europe."

"Located in the heart of the old town, with a bus stop right outside, the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Both the rooms and bathrooms have small balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with street views. The receptionist is very helpful and attentive in explaining the breakfast and relaxation areas. There's a large multi-area balcony on the 4th floor, and the vegetarian restaurants near the hotel serve excellent food!"

"Well, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed. It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via. The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in. It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large. If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel... The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel. They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning. Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10. I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is..."
