"Very good value for money for a spacious room with breakfast included. Great location, near bus stops with services to Lyon City Centre and Cité Internationale. Wifi was down for a day but the issue was fixed rather promptly and no problems for the rest of my stay. Just to take note that there is no safe deposit box in my room category (room with double bed)."

"The Okko hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when we lost our passport and had to cancel one night of hotel stay to go to Paris embassy. They were understanding, let us use our room charge to purchase items from their store and helped us translate and speak to individuals. I’m very impressed and the club amenities were convenient with free flow drinks and snacks. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lyon!"

"The hotel is very good and very well located with a lot of restaurants around the city. The metro is a walk away. Clean room though a little bit small, I found the matlas a little hard in contrast, but it's right."

"Single room was very spacious and the hotel is at a perfect location. Has a little cute pool although the water is a bit too cold for winter. Everything was fine but curiously they put up the history of the ground in the hotel corridor which I found quite creepy for solo travelers lol"

"The hotel is next to the subway, just up a hill from the subway entrance. It's a bit inconvenient to climb uphill with a big suitcase, but you can see a good view in front of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the White Apple Plaza, and you can see interesting graffiti on the way there. The single room I booked also has a small kitchen with cooking tools, but I didn't use it. There are several types of cheese for breakfast, including two types of Presidential brand👍. I will choose to stay here again if I go to Lyon again."

"Conveniently located near the main station and a supermarket. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, and frying pan, which was great. I also appreciated having a separate bathroom and toilet. (There was a mix-up during check-in where they didn't have a room with two beds ready for us, which caused some hassle, but I think the room we ended up getting was an upgrade.)"

"The location is good, and the lobby is nice. However, the room is too small and very basic—so small that there’s no space to open a suitcase. The mattress is thin and moves around, and the bathroom is also very simple and bare."

"Very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained Campanile hotel. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The location is ideal, right opposite the train station and very close to the metro, tram, and bus stops. The shopping center is also nearby, which made my stay very convenient. There is a young lady at the front desk who needs to bring a smile, or understand how many guests need, one question and one answer, AI, but encounter another man on duty, quite polite."

"The room was very spacious and had a handicapped-accessible bathroom. The environment was unbeatable, and the transportation was super convenient, with both the train station and subway station nearby. The only downside was that I requested room cleaning at the front desk, but it wasn't done. Overall, it was a good experience."
