GGuest UserEverything was a plus point except for breakfast. Breakfast was à la carte, not a buffet. There was only mineral water for drinks and four food options. Since I got the cinematic room, I received four breakfast vouchers. I tried everything on the menu, but when it arrived, nothing was spicy at all. I really can't eat without spice (perhaps they could at least provide some chili sauce as an option). Oh, and for drinks, there was coffee and tea. When I wanted to make tea, the teabags were out. I asked for more, but I saw they weren't refilled for other guests, so I ended up not having tea even after my child finished eating.

GGuest UserModern, intelligently designed and managed hotel. Friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Clean rooms with comfortable king-size beds. Rooms, restaurant and public areas smartly furnished in a modern style, to maximise benefit to guests.
Complimentary bottles of water and slippers each day.
Breakfast has to be ordered the day before from an a la carte selection. The restaurant is aptly named “Food Saver”.
Next door to a shopping centre with a good range of shops and restaurants.
Happy to recommend and hope to stay there again next time I’m visiting family in Jakarta. The location in East Jakarta may not suit everyone but ideal for me.

NNurhayati NI had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. The swimming pool was also on the smaller side, but still enjoyable.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a great impression. One of the best things for me was the location — it’s perfect if you like using public transport. The LRT station is only about a five-minute walk away, making it really easy to get around and explore the city.
Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

KKenny Kai YuenOld hotel. The hardware is lacking, but the staff here makes up for it with their big smiles and warm hospitality attitude. They upgraded me to the big-room, but i just had to ask for downgrade it back to normal because the room was too big, ha! The restaurant was ok too.

The floor felt like no one did any vacuum for days. I can feel the sand-like feeling. Other than that, all good and nice stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really worth the value. From it’s amazing staff especially in the reception, the front office staff. They are very helpful and showed great customer service which I really appreciated. It made keep coming back to same hotel whenever I come by in Jakarta. It is also in a good location.

IInsan ZakirI stayed at 678 Hotel Cawang by Cocotel and had a good experience. The hotel is very convenient because it is only about 4 minutes walking distance to Halim Whoosh Station. It’s perfect if you want to catch the Whoosh train early in the morning.
The room was clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom with hot shower. The bed was comfortable, and I could rest well after a long trip.
The hotel is simple, not luxury, but good enough for short stay or transit. The location is the best part — very easy access to the station.
Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and affordable place near Halim Whoosh Station. 👍

- 10mins away from Halim HSR Station (prime location if you’re intending to head to Bandung!)
- Price is rather affordable per night
- Staff was able to converse in English, although not very fluent
- Friendly staff & good front-desk service
- Has a swimming pool & a prayer room for guests to use
Cons ❌:
- Room was rather run-down and not properly maintained (e.g. Bedsheets had minor stains)
- Food at the restaurant were cold, and not much variety
- Booked a room for 3 pax, but only provided 2 sets of toiletries - had to request, but seems that the quality of extra set they gave us was not as good as the ones they had already prepared

GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring journey, and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, which allowed us to rest well during our two-night stay.
We would also like to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and greatly enjoyed.
We would rate this hotel 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to our friends and family.
