GGuest UserHotel had a lovely layout, ambience and swimming pool area. Staff are very courteous-and help-full. Rooms however need to be renovated. Old furniture , stained sheets and bathroom fittings , there was mole and moss in the bathroom.

NNurhayati N⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

GGuest UserThe location, facilities, and cleanliness are excellent for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of delicious food options available around the hotel. Clean towels were also provided. As for amenities, soap and shampoo were available in a dispenser in the bathroom. Toothbrushes, however, were not in the room upon check-in, but they were promptly provided upon request. At night, there was no traffic noise, as the hotel isn't directly on a main road. Overall, it's perfect for a good rest.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier. The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!
