三葛雅己The front desk staff were kind and polite.
It would have been nice if they'd provided a shower cap as an amenity. The room was large and clean. Although there was some noise from the floor above, it was relatively quiet and in a good location. I stayed here because I couldn't get a hotel in the Urawa area. The phone number listed on Trip.com is no longer in use and has been changed.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation, but it is far from the airport. The breakfast is delicious and the hygiene is not bad. The hygiene is not bad for an old hotel in Japan. The service attitude is okay. I rated it 7 points
