Courteous hotel staff, very helpful and spotless clean room with self laundry. Perfect stay. I hope they have same branch at Tokyo, Hokkaido and many more.

The hotel located near Rinku Premium out and Rinku town station. However, the bathroom is a problem. No place to hang towel and cloth. Not convenience if you stay with friend. But the egg benedic is yummy.

Very good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, although a bit old on the bedroom floor corridor and carpet. Everywhere was clean. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service from Kansai Airport outside Domestic Arrival Hall, exit H door and turn left. The bus will pick up from S12 Stand. No need to book on arrival at the airport but needs to book at the concierge if come from hotel. Very good breakfast and comfortable Water Front Restaurant

It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room. The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning). The room was so big and clean, the bathroom as well. The shower and the bathtub was separated, but you can pull the shower to the bathtub. The toilet was also separated from the bathroom, so it’s a dry area. If you visited during winter, don’t forget to turn the heater on when you entered the room, or else you’ll think that the room was too cold. In addition, near the receptionist area, there’s an open store where it says that you can take the snacks for free (but please be mindful, just take one please). At that time, I don’t want to take it as I’m not sure about the culture in Japan, but then the owner came to me and literally handed it to me! He was so kind and polite (Japanese hospitality is truly top notch)! So please don’t forget to buy his snackss 😆 If you a solo travel, the room in this hotel might betoo big for you, but if you’re with family or friends, this room fits you perfectly.

Swift check in, amenities provided, luggage room, bath towel and sleep wear provided too! All are the same as described as website. Shower room and toilet are clean. good for traveller especially having an early flight.

Hotel is located right above the train station that is 10 minutes ride to airport by train. Few hundred meters downstairs, there are shopping mall and Riku Premium Outlets. The hotel room is located in a very high floor of 40th and the breakfast is served on 54th top floor that can have panorama view of the Osaka airport, sea view and the beachs. Room is big in Western style. A receommandable hotel for convenience.

Nice view and beyond expectations onsen, really enjoyed the day spent at the hotel!

Hotel room can view the Mt Fuji when the weather is good.
