GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel privately, but as it's a new one, it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and the space was more than satisfactory.
My only complaint was the food in the restaurant. They're committed to cutting costs, so they keep the staff to a minimum,
and apart from the all-you-can-drink option, they only offer beer and sake; you can't order sours or highballs. Why?
There's a wide variety of food, but most of it is thawed and reheated.
I guess this is common in business hotels these days.

GGuest UserThe place is far from the city so it’s actually pretty hard to access to this place. But the owner is really nice, she helped us with a lot of stuff, including with luggage transfer and taking us back to the train station. She also made us food because she’s worried we’re not eating enough and it’s cold.
On top of that, if you are planning to go snowboarding or skiing there is a shuttle bus near by that takes you to the Kawaba ski resort for free!

GGuest UserI stayed here for a company trip without meals. It was a Japanese-style room, but it was very clean and had all the amenities, so I was very satisfied. The price was also reasonable, so I recommend it. I would like to stay here again if I come here again. The hotel staff were also very helpful, so it was a great experience.
