Hotels near Hakindang, Jeonju

Stayed during winter. Place has all the modern amenities needed (coffee, water, floor heating, hot water/ proper pressure/ toiletries for shower, etc) while maintaining the quaint charm of a hanok. Owner/ staff were very friendly and helpful. It made the experience in Jeoju very welcoming. Limited (maybe a bjt more) English but good enough to communicate for check in, house rules and any questions we have on the area! Location wise, it is walking distance to hanok village, easy for taxis to stop assuming youre booking one to and from the bus terminal with your luggage. Love it so much. Will definitely book again if I visit Jeonju.

It is very close to the Hanok Village, and breakfast is provided. They gave us fruit, and it was so fresh, which was great. I checked in a bit early, but they kindly showed me to my room and even sent me a text message. Of course, the room isn't that spacious or stylish, but I think that is compensated for by the experience of staying in a Hanok and sleeping cozily on the floor under a thick duvet. Oh, and the water pressure was stronger than I expected, so I had a good shower too. All in all, it was a satisfying stay. I would love to visit again.

Exceptional Experience at Iga Hanok I was deeply impressed by the authentic beauty and cleanliness of this Hanok stay. It perfectly balances a traditional vibe with modern convenience. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and gave great local tips. The room was very comfortable, especially the Ondol heating system. Because the trip was set the day before, I had to book accommodations in a hurry. I was a little worried because I hadn't done much research, but my worries were unfounded! It was completely different from my concerns. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lobby atmosphere, the room's size and atmosphere, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. Aside from the room being a bit dry, everything was excellent. If I ever visit Jeonju again, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. The friendly staff, excellent service, and clean rooms are all top-notch. The location is also excellent. It's within walking distance of the Nambu Market Hanok Village, which is a great feature. If you're traveling to Jeonju, I highly recommend Sihwa Yeonpung.

Comfortably, clean and quietly. Good location. Clean common bathroom, kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and teapot.

I arrived around 4:15 PM on Monday and checked in right away. It's conveniently located near Jeolla Gamyeong, Gaekridan-gil, and Pungpaejigwan, and I found it to be a clean and well-maintained place. The interior of the room had a charming, old-fashioned feel, which made it feel cozy and comfortable. I imagine foreign tourists would particularly enjoy it. They gave me a Jeonju tourist map when I checked in, which was incredibly helpful during my trip. There's a very spacious cafe on the first floor that was also operating. I appreciated that they told me I didn't need to order anything and could use it comfortably like a lounge. After checking out, I went into the cafe and planned the rest of my trip while having a coffee. Since I was a guest, I received a 20% discount, paying 3,200 won for an Americano. The coffee taste was, in my opinion, pretty standard. I'd recommend this place as a clean and good value-for-money accommodation for anyone traveling to Jeonju. **They provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, multi-use liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with shower towels. There are no large bath towels, only standard-sized towels.**

The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered great value for money. Both the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and even the simple breakfast provided was satisfying. I was very pleased with this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Jeonju.

We had a great stay at Lahan Hotel Jeonju! The room was comfy with a nice view of the Hanok Village from both the room and rooftop. The water closet was super nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — easy to find, walkable and accessible to the Hanok Village and all the fun spots around. It’s also close to many good restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Jeonju!

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is right next to the Hanok Village and very close to Gyeonggijeon. There is floor heating and air conditioning, clean and comfortable. It was already past one o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The shop owner left a note at the door and opened the door directly.
