GGuest UserNo wonder Surim Motel has 9.0 points in review, the top highest among others in the area. The lady 이정은 님 working hard and very professional, but also, above and beyond reasonable and customary services practices throughout the whole stay, from the 21st to 24th of March, between Saturday and Tuesday, and she went ahead to receive and hold the several merchandises purchased from Coupan, and delivered by autobikers. I was amazed at her calling on thevroom phone to advise me of my aluminum carriage and a book delivered, just right about to make me finalize reorganizing all my stuffs to carry on board soon ready. I'd definately come back to the Surim Motel to recall my soon to be memorables, every year of my visit. I'd also recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

We played in the indoor lazy river, and the sauna was decent. The facilities looked a bit old, but the soundproofing was good and it was clean.

GGuest UserThe location is good, very close to the subway station, and there is a large supermarket next to the subway. Although the hotel room is small, it is clean and has complete facilities, including a bathtub and electric blankets in winter. The front desk was easy to communicate with, there was free coffee downstairs and free snacks in the room. The only drawback is that when the ventilation of the bathroom in other rooms is turned on, this room will have high-frequency noise, which will affect the rest especially in the middle of the night. I hope it can be improved.

The staff were friendly and comfortable, and the room was spacious, so it was nice not to be stuffy. The parking space was good too. I am satisfied with the price, so I am willing to visit again 😊

GGuest UserGreat overnight stay. Watched a lot of Netflix content before dosing off. Room was small but clean. Staff were very helpful and spoke amazing English so no need to pull out your translation app. Overall a highly recommend stay.
