Since it was just opened, I searched for it on Naver Maps or Kakao Maps and it didn't come up, so I was worried it might actually be there, but it turned out fine!
There was no floor guide on the website, so just to clarify, there is a kiosk on the 4th floor where you can check in, receive your room number and go to your room. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and there is a common space on the 6th floor where you can enjoy a cafe corner, ramen, and other services. The microwave was broken so I couldn't heat up my tteokbokki, which was disappointing 😭
The room was clean and had a refrigerator and table, so I had a comfortable stay!

This place was more spacious and comfortable than a capsule hotel, offering great value for money. The self-check-in after 8 PM was a breeze. I was lucky enough to get the room furthest back, so I wasn't bothered by noise from the entrance, and it even had a window! The bathroom had a hairdryer and hair iron, and it wasn't crowded around 7 AM, so I could get ready at my own pace. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Myeongdong, so I'd definitely like to stay here again.
However, I was told the ground floor door would be locked after 10 PM, but even after entering the password, it wouldn't open... Luckily, someone who was waiting for the elevator opened it for me from the inside.

This was my first hostel experience, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. They constantly replenished the communal towels, and the lobby had everything you could possibly need, so I was very satisfied with my stay.

Extremely satisfied!! I originally booked a guesthouse, but found out it had a shared living room, essentially a large suite, which meant terrible soundproofing. I canceled two days before my trip and rebooked this place instead, and the price was just right.
This hostel is small but has everything you need! I booked a double room, which was neither too big nor too small, and even had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. There was a desk, a fridge, chairs, and a three-tier cabinet! All very practical. My friend and I came back with lots of bags every day, and we could still spread out our two suitcases to organize them. Once organized, we could just slide them under the bed.
The room lighting was also great, Koreans really know how to do it 👍
The basement restaurant had free instant noodles, which I didn't eat much of, but it's a nice perk for those who don't like to eat breakfast but prefer a quick bite before heading out.
Plus, you can continue using the restaurant even after checking out! I checked out in the morning and had an evening flight, so I used the restaurant in the afternoon to rest, order some food, and then head to the airport. I'm not sure if you can still eat instant noodles after checking out; I personally think it's better not to take advantage, or just ask the staff to confirm. The staff were all very friendly, greeted everyone coming and going, and spoke excellent English.

This hotel has 3 main advantages: 1. Excellent team of administrators, always ready to help 2. Location perfect: historic center of Insadon, near 3 metro stations, one literally opposite the hotel 2. Soft mattress, pillows and blankets. Ideal location to Bunchon khanok Village 15 minutes walk, to Mendon 20, all nearby. I will definitely stop again
The Hotel Lemong is one of the newest hotels in Seoul, having been renovated in 2024. With Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, Bukchon Hanok Village and Myeong-dong all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

On arrival had average welcome. However, free water, tea and use of microwave in reception made up for this.
The hotel is very cutely decorated, aiming to have a European style with most/all decor. Most impressed with all the paintings done by Olivia Choi.
Breakfast was ample and although not a lot of variety for western style, korean style breakfast had a good variety and I can taste the heart of the aunties making them!
Room wise, again this was decorated with a bit of modern western style. However wasn't impressed with the lack of attention to details to certain areas, such as seeing a hair left on an unopened soap bar, grout between shower tiles not thoroughly cleaned, one of the towels having a very strong cleaning chemical smell. However, I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel experience, and these were only tiny details that I noticed which weren't too much of a major problem. I mainly picked this hotel for its location and the room size.
If you're looking for a comfortable, large room stay in centre of Seoul, with easy transport access or even walkable distance to popular places like myeongdong and the 2 palaces, I would recommend it.

Location is one of the best consider the price which is very affordable. I stay for 5nights however as they do not have many rooms, I think just 1-3 rooms per room types, they tend to sold out quite fast, which for my case, I have to change room type 3 times for the 5 nights stay.
Some room is very small, which is expected for the price and the location. Plus point is that, a huge window to look outside. Room heating is also good during winter time, also room is clean and tidy.
Only negative is that as I have to check out at 12pm and re check in again at 3pm if u have different room type, and staff may have different instructions on where to store your luggage. However they will bring it luggage to the room once it’s available which is good. Overall, for that pricing, no complaints.

Pros:
1. Great location: within walking distance to major attractions, surrounded by a bustling commercial area, and not far from the subway.
2. Good for family trips if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The facilities, though simple, are quite complete.
3. The bathroom is quite spacious and even has a bathtub.
4. The front desk staff can speak Chinese.
Cons:
1. No universal power outlets; you need to bring your own adapter.
2. The bedside outlet was broken and not repaired, which was inconvenient for charging devices overnight.
3. There are no power outlets in the bathroom, so you have to use the hairdryer in the main room. Also, the shower has no partition, so water splashes everywhere.
4. The front desk is often unattended; you have to call if you need anything.
5. They only change towels and empty the trash daily, no actual cleaning is done, and they don't even replace toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes.
Conclusion: It's a decent place to stay, and the cons are manageable, especially considering the price.

The space is enough for 4 people in the room of bunkbed, but if you bring a big luggage it's quite tight. Share bathroom inside the room with the amenities body soap, shampo and rinse, per bed got 2 small towels each. Location just next to city hall, some history landmark just by walking distance.
Room only cleaned when someone check out. In front of the front desk they have coffee station which I enjoyed the instant coffee and simple breakfast that I bought from closest GS25

Great
RRoger Ow YongFirst time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !
GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts convenient transportation. You can take the airport bus to and from the airport, and the drop-off point is also where you catch the return bus, which is super handy. I took bus 6015 and got off at Myeongdong Station. After getting off, you'll see Subway Exit 8. Head towards Exit 8, and at the first intersection, turn right and walk straight. (Make sure you don't go past the CU convenience store; it's actually right opposite Exit 8.) It's quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. The hotel is also very close to our embassy, which gave me extra peace of mind. Every morning, I could see the embassy from my window seat. The room was a bit small; opening a 28-inch suitcase made it feel a bit cramped, but the hotel's cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's in lively Myeongdong, it was very quiet at night, which was fantastic.
AAnonymous UserLoved the location, close to metro and there’s a convenience store onsite. Room was bright, spacious, clean, had well built storage spaces. Gym was spacious, clean and new. Washing machine and dryer in room. The service staff were very polite and helpful.
The only thing that I thought could be improved on was perhaps the hotel providing some free laundry detergent. It’s not expensive to purchase from the front desk (krw 1000) but it’s a hassle to have to go down to purchase it. It’ll be nice and much more convenient if they just provide enough for a use or two in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Sinsa Subway Station, and if you stick to the main road, there's no steep hill like some photos online might suggest.
It's right next to Seoul Forest, and you can walk to Apgujeong in about 10-15 minutes. There's also a three-story Olive Young just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is super convenient! While the rooms aren't huge, the soundproofing is pretty good, and the shower water pressure is absolutely fantastic!
If you stay here, definitely make sure to check out the cafe on the top floor – the views are amazing. Overall, highly recommend. (Pics 1 & 2: Hotel rooftop cafe/bar. Pics 3 & 4: Views from the room)
YYan-ZhengThis hotel is super close to Seoul Station, accessible from either Exit 1 or 7 (see picture 4). We had an overnight layover before catching the KTX, so staying here was incredibly convenient. You can even walk here along the Seoullo 7017 Skygarden. Plus, there's Lotte Outlets and a supermarket nearby for some shopping. We booked a family twin room with a queen bed (1.5m) and a single bed (1.1m), perfect for three people, and the space was just right. Check-out is at 12 PM, and at around 700 [currency, presumably KRW], it's really good value for money. The service was good, though we didn't get a chance to use any other facilities!
BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.
AAnonymous UserStayed in a twin room in March. It was on the 4th floor, facing the main street with a tower view. The hotel's email after booking made the check-in process clear and easy to understand, which was helpful. Although the pre-arrival information stated that toiletries like shampoo wouldn't be provided, they were actually available in the room. Even though there was no Wi-Fi in the room, they offered pocket Wi-Fi rentals, which made my stay very comfortable. The toilet had a bidet, but the paper couldn't be flushed and had to be put in a trash can. This wasn't a big issue as I was prepared for it beforehand (the trash was collected when the room was cleaned). Considering the convenience, I would definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserOverall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and quickly moved me when I had an issue. On my first night, I felt unsafe due to an aggressive roommate and left to stay elsewhere. The next day I was given a new room with a respectful roommate, and I felt safe, rested well, and had a great experience. I really appreciated how the staff handled everything
P. S.
Special thanks to Manager Noel, receptionist Anna, Gabriel and Isabella!
AAllysh@comfortable place...close to dongmyo flea market..have to wait for more money because it's random when walking, wash your eyes at dongmyo flea market..close to laundry..wanting to wash clothes in the middle of the night is ok..,,😂😂😂
