"Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again."
"The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it."
"The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*."
"The location is very good to find near the museum, the hotel staff are also very nice and friendly, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and will communicate with us to learn Chinese, the people they meet on the trip are kind and people Feel warm."
"Overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were welcoming, and I would happily consider staying here again on a future trip."
"The courtyard hotel is beautifully decorated and modern, the environment is elegant and quiet, the service attitude is warm, considerate, breakfast 🥣 is also rich, and more eggs are added, every time I come back, there is Moroccan mint tea 🍵, I feel at home. Really good, stayed for two nights, came by fun, and returned with satisfaction."

"- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat.
- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach."
"A good hotel on a quiet street near the museums. The hotel is large, but at the same time quiet and calm. It may seem quite old to discerning travelers, but don't rush to conclusions: good location, friendly staff, rooms equipped with everything you need and everything works, including air conditioning, plus the low cost make the hotel attractive."
"While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans.
Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further."

Amazing
GGuest UserWell maintained with simple yet beautiful decorations. Plenty of common area to chill & work. Huge outdoor terrace all around the top floor. The house has water dispenser to made both both hot & cold drinks.
Hassan Tower, waterfront promenade (sunset view) & Rabat medina are just 6 tram-stops away via #1 route for mad 7. There are also buses to & from these sightings back to house.
Breakfast is Chinese-styled home cooking. Yummy dumpling, fried spring roll and the spicy veg are some of my favs. 好有家的感觉。 谢谢大美的家!
NNaquyouwuThe service is very intimate and everything needs to be met as much as possible. The location is very convenient. Go out and turn right and then turn left and go straight for about 1km. It is Rabat Ville train station. It is not necessary to take a train taxi. Very recommended.
tips: If you walk to the Hassanta site, remember to turn right and then turn left straight (passing the Ville train station), so it takes a total of 20 minutes to walk, if you turn left, it will take nearly 40 minutes (I stepped on the pit, only to find out when I came back).
MMohammad Al ShamaliExceptional Stay at Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr
Our stay at the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience.
Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
AAK.A1iI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light, which made it feel very pleasant. The Wi-Fi was also good and reliable, so I was able to relax and watch Netflix without any issues.
The location is amazing, with a great matcha café right nearby and plenty of other cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
ССаб. ЛюдмилаPros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer.
Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room.
GGuest UserOverall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good
GGuest UserThe riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room.
The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty.
The personnel was really friendly and very helpful.
I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!
GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
