"Very nice staff very friendly sincerely everything right only that breakfast if you should change it cheaper is not accommodation and since only give you the same I last 1 week and the same chilaquiles that sometimes touched me to see them that looked like soup of kitch of fridge waters and 3 days touched me salads and eggs with jam or salsy if they should improve that because for one who was 1 week to 3 days I had to go out to look for breakfast because it was already difficult to breakfast there for the points that touch but generally everything is okay !!"

"In general terms and considering the price, I think it's a very good option of accommodation in Guadalajara. The most important point is its location (on Av. Vallarta and very close to Av. Patria and Av. Mexico), as it enables mobility quickly. The room was very comfortable and was very clean and was clean and with the necessary equipment (swimming bath, wifi, safe, TV). In a way of feedback I have a few observations: problems to regulate water temperature in the bathroom (or very hot or very cold), lack of attention by the reception staff (specifically of a person) and lack of criterion by the staff (only one night, but at 3 am they were agreeing on Chambai to the corridor)."

"La ubicación estuvo muy adecuada para mi objetivo del viaje pero cuando hice la reservación pagué por una habitación superior con cama doble grande y me dieron una habitación con una cama matrimonial y cuando pedí la aclaración en la recepción me dijeron que todas sus habitaciones tenían ese tipo de cama lo cual por supuesto no era cierto. El costo que pagué fue muy alto, entiendo que en pleno mundial eso es lo que iba a pasar pero lo que me molestó es que no respetaran el tipo de habitación que me cobraron y además que me hayan dicho mentiras."

"There is a hot Mexican local breakfast. I don't like to eat only bread and milk. The parking space is underground. The bed is very big. The shower water is too small. I always feel that it is not clean and the sound is not good. The sound of drinking in the middle of the night is very loud. To sleep with headphones!"

"Rather than a hotel, it feels like sleeping in a cathedral, and the objects everywhere give a lot of Catholic feeling. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a ray of light for me who couldn't understand Mexican broadcasting because there was a smart TV. The location is also a lot of hotels, and the price includes breakfast was very satisfactory. However, I don't know if I couldn't find it or not, but there was no refrigerator,, really,, the water was also on the table,, I think it may be uncomfortable if I stay for a long time, but it's not very good for me who stayed for two days It wasn't uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. I am willing to stay again on my next visit. I recommend it!"

FFrank TravainiIt is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection.
One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

GGuest UserIt takes 30 〜 40 minutes by taxi from the airport, but you can move a little earlier in the morning or late at night. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but prepared a room without any problems. The room is clean and the water pressure in the shower is sufficient. One unfortunate thing was that there was no refrigerator, but there was no inconvenience because there was an ice pending machine in the hotel. In front of the hotel, there were shopping malls and supermarkets, and there were many restaurants, so it was very convenient!
