KKaka07The hygiene, service, dining, and facilities were all great. Other than seeing the whale sharks and sardines in Cebu, I didn't eat out at all; I had all my meals at the hotel. The à la carte options were exquisite, and the New Year's Eve dinner buffet was also fantastic. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that compared to the bai and Holiday Inn hotels, the Marriott doesn't have a doorman. No one came forward to help with my luggage when I got out of the car. The biggest issue was the security check upon entry; I had to unload my luggage from the car and then lift it onto the X-ray machine, which was truly frustrating.

GGuest UserEverything is good except the extremely loud ac. I have to turn the tv volume almost to the loudest to hear over the ac. And turn the ac off when talking in the phone. Otherwise this is a great place to stay

Sobrang outdated ng room (wala naman sanang problema) kaso hindi talaga worth it yung price para dun sa room na hindi gumagana ang ref, tapos ang baho.
(2) walang bidet or tabo man lang, so tissue tissue lang ganurn 😌

GGuest Usermy shower won’t turn off and I requested assistance to turn it off before i went out for my event. that was past 6 in the morning. when i went back at 9pm, the shower is still on. no one went to repair it even tho the man on the front desk asked permission if he can go inside which I approved.
requested for a toothbrush the same night, told me their toiletry delivery is still not available.
2 outlets: 1 don’t function and the other functions. Their similarities? They are all far the bed.

The breakfast included the price , the food is so so
The egg with bread is nice.
The beef meat one time too less cooked and the another day overcooked. But I dare not complain because I’m the guest and don’t want trouble the chef there l.
The hotel staff is very kind and polite.
The pool are very beautiful and the water is refreshing.
The bar and restaurant nearby very fair pricing.
Just the workers there are very slow but I good environment with live music.
I can recommend this hotel for families

It is quite near to Pier 3 Cebu port and 30-35mins away from the airport. There are nearby fast food chains for those who wishes to eat anytime.
There are aslo taxis roaming around.

BBaxmehI have few things to say about my stay in RedDoorz New Era.
First, I made a request for an early check in 4 or 5 weeks ago because my flight was scheduled to arrive at 8am. I reached at the hotel at around 9am but the reception asked me for an additional charge of 500 pesos which for me was such a big amount considering the cost of the overnight stay. I booked the hotel at US$14 (around 800 pesos a night) plus 500 pesos (around $9). The older receptionist just needs a lot of money.
Second, the red pillows were very smelly. I guess they never wash or change it's pillow case cause the sweat of previous guests still stuck in them.
Third, The hotel doesn't have slippers so you should bring your own. There's no hooks or anything that you can hang towel or something inside the bathroom as well.
And lastly, the housekeeper keeps on shouting and knocking... no, it's banging the door in the morning at around 10:10am just to ask if I am extending my stay. It was very distracting and unethical. If a guest has plans to extend, I guess he/she is responsible enough to inform the receptionist, otherwise, it is understood that he/she is leaving.
There's one thing though that this hotel is fair enough during my stay, the am shift guard was quite helpful.
Overall assessment is not recommended. You can find a much better hotels (budget hotels) around Cebu city and mandaue.
