"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel location was ideal too, a few minutes walk from Krakow Old Town. My partner and I really loved the breakfast too!
Special thanks to the receptionist Janek who went out of his way to assist me 😁"
"A beautiful 19th-century building in the heart of Krakow, well-restored with elements of antique decor. I must commend the breakfast: everything was fresh and of good quality, with a decent selection. The staff are excellent, working like clockwork – helpful and pleasant. High ceilings, huge bathrooms – this hotel definitely has a unique charm. The stained-glass window above the magnificent central staircase is a highlight. I only booked for a few hours due to some *********** quirks, as a temporary option before my main hotel, but next time, Pollera will be my primary choice. The prices are also very reasonable. The magnificent theater building across from the hotel is stunning!"
"The hotel is well situated in the old quarter. Very convenient for getting around. The tram stop is right out front.
Our room was an odd setup. Twin beds positioned on different walls, more like for college roommates than a couple. The rooms aren't big, but they have kettle, closet, and a compact bathroom. It met our needs, with no extras, e.g., fridge or USB charging plugs.
Breakfast buffet has many options. It caters primarily to European tastes, but there are scrambled eggs and toasts for those who prefer a hot breakfast. The coffee options are plentiful and there were several types of tea. At $25CDN per person, we found it on the high side.
Tip: On arriving at the hotel we were faced with a long flight of stairs. With 2 large suitcases, it was a bit daunting. However, if you follow the sidewalk to the other side there is a ramp. Definitely a better option for people with bad knees or heavy bags."
"We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return."
"As the name suggests, the apartment is more suitable than the hotel.
The room was a bit dusty but comfortable.
The only thing I want you to be careful about is the place to actually sleep and the reception building where you check in & leave your luggage.
The receptionist will be the Santi Hotel, which is about a 1-minute walk from this Grozuka 21, and I think it will be anxious because there is nothing on the door of this Santi Hotel, but it's okay if you open the door and go to the left. ."
"The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short 10‑minute walk from the train station and very close to the scenic highlights of the old town. This made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.
In terms of amenities, the water pressure / water saving mode could be improved, as the outflow was rather weak and not very comfortable.
On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made mornings a real treat."
"Beautiful property in a great location, within walking distance.
Large, comfortable, clean room, very comfortable beds, large bathroom.
Full breakfast for all tastes, with a focus on continental dishes.
Friendly and helpful staff.
It's also excellent value for money.
Congratulations!"
"The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming."
"Cozy and clean hostel. Reasonable price and good location. I strongly recommend this hostel for students and backpackers."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserHotel location is excellent, there is a light rail station downstairs, very convenient
It is only about 5 minutes walk to the famous attractions Wawel Castle.
The hotel was newly opened for a few months. The indoor environment was very beautiful and clean. The service staff was very friendly. Only after staying for one night, the air conditioner broke. The service staff helped us convert the new room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the new room was also bad. Finally, I agreed to open the window for ventilation. If the same problem is faced in summer, It's gonna be more troublesome.
For breakfast, each person chooses a main course first, and then the buffet bar collects drinks and a small amount of food, such as yogurt, fruit, bread, eggs, salad, which tastes good.
There is a gym room and sauna room, the environment is clean and elegant, it is a good place to relax.
Overall a good experience
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
GGuest UserExceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel.
It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town.
An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe.
SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The included breakfasts were excellent. Overall, a 10/10. We would definitely choose the Q HOTEL chain again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserEverything was great during my stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent.
The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.
GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is convenient by car or by bus, it's not too far from the city centre. The room is spacious, cleanness is fine, just some part of the carpet isn't flat (kinda like having the holes underneath). The breakfast is served in another building, Sunday morning at 9 is totally insane; there weren't many vacant seats and a lot of plates were empty and messy. In a word, It's hard to believe as a 4 star hotel.
PPierre-HenriThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The indoor play area and the swimming pool are most.
I recommend this hotel for a short stay.
