"One of the coziest hostels I’ve stayed at. I emailed in advance to say I was showing up after 8pm, which they said was fine, and someone was there to greet me - in English, which was helpful, haha. Solo bathrooms are interspersed between the rooms, but I didn’t have too much trouble with them being full. One was covered in water, but that’s probably a guest’s fault. Could’ve used a little shelf next to the beds or something, but otherwise, no complaints."

"The first floor is being renovated. There is a lot of dust in the guest room. Everything in the toilet is covered with a layer of dust. It feels like it has not been taken care of for a long time. I don’t know what’s going on! But the breakfast is good, the free parking is also very good, and the service staff is very friendly!"

"Overall, very pleased with the services provided by the wonderful set of crew from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant service crew. Good breakfast and gym. However as there are construction around the hotel vicinity, the room and common area are a bit dusty. One more important note as due to global warming, the rooms are a bit stuffy and poorly ventilated during summer. Windows cannot be opened. It would be nice that the aircon mode is in service during this period  "

"I stayed at this hotel the whole time I was in Gothenburg. It's by the sea, so you can take walks. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant about 300 meters away. If you need to buy things like fish oil, there's a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient."

"Well everything besides our check out experience was great. Really great! Then when checking out, we had 3 interactions with the reception about checking out prior to checking out. and only the one at 12:30 (when checking out with luggage and all), we were told to pay a 200SEK late-fee, which I was then told could’ve been even higher and that I should be thankful they didn’t charge me double… Not nice - and we had 3 interactions prior to this for this exact reason. I wanted to work out first and then shower in the room before leaving. If we were told the first time about the late check out fee; we would’ve checked out then and there. I complained about this practice, to deaf ears. Not coming back despite it being very nice and perfect for a Liseberg weekend with the family"

"The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the central station, right next to the Lilla Bommen building (the 'lipstick building'). It seems newly opened, as the decor and facilities are very new. It's minimalist, neat, and clean. However, I must mention an issue I encountered. I went the wrong way and mistakenly swiped my card for another room, and it actually opened! There were guests inside. I reported it to the front desk, and they checked the records, confirming that my key card (A) had indeed opened room B. They re-issued my card, but this is a serious security lapse and should be taken seriously!"

"Colleagues have been on a business trip, and have booked many times. . . . Breakfast is still relatively rich, and, the environment is also better. More reliable brand. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ."

"The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The hotel was well-maintained, with the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms all exceptionally clean. Room amenities were also very convenient, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, refrigerator, and hairdryer. A fitness room and swimming pool were also available, both modern and perfect for a relaxing workout. The breakfast options were varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. Whether it was freshly made omelets, salads, hot dishes, or desserts, they were all delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the dining area was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. This stay was a very relaxing and satisfying experience, a truly memorable one. The service, ambiance, and dining all met and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip!"

"The hotel's location is quite convenient, right above the train and bus stations, making travel easy. Across the street is a shopping mall, which is great for dining and shopping. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety and is decent. However, the room facilities are mediocre and a bit old; the bed is very soft and small. The soundproofing is very poor, as you can clearly hear doors closing next door. Also, the hotel does not provide drinking water or toiletries."
