Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is fantastic, very close to the subway, and there are several 7-Eleven convenience stores and a large shopping mall nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly.

Overall, it was okay, but I felt it was a bit overpriced, perhaps because of the rate I booked – nearly 430 yuan for a single room including breakfast. It's conveniently located near a shopping mall, which was great for shopping. However, during my stay, some jewelry went missing. I had left it in a large tote bag one day when I went out, and there were so many other things in the bag that you wouldn't know there was jewelry inside unless you really rummaged through it. I thought it would be safe and didn't take it with me that day, but when I returned in the evening, it was gone. Even by check-out, the hotel couldn't provide a clear explanation. So, I'd advise everyone to always keep important items with them when they go out.

Lovely place: room service provided everyday, everything was clean, we quite liked that they provided packs with toothbrushes + toothpaste, q-tips and a comb as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However there are something to consider: it is quite a distance area from everything. A bolt into central Bangkok was 250 baht on average and could take up to 1hr 20 mins to get there and the train station is about a 20 min walk away. The sink in our room was broken which meant that it leaked when you used it and was unstable. The bathroom also had a foul smell at Tim’s which may or may not be related to that. Overall for the price it was fine (we did go for the cheapest we could find the day before we arrived without much research).

The hotel staffs were most courteous with thousand smile and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. Unfortunately the bathroom shower without hot water that give a bit frustration. I definitely choose Dusit Princess again for my next visit

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help — definitely a big plus. At first, we were given a room on the even-numbered side, and it was extremely noisy because of the road — we couldn’t sleep at all. Fortunately, we were moved to another room, and it was much better. Breakfast was unfortunately very repetitive. It’s fine for a couple of days, but after a week it becomes quite boring. Also, in all the rooms we managed to see on different floors, there was mold — in the corners of the shower and inside the air conditioner. The rooms look a bit old, and the cleaning is rather superficial. It would be nice if deep cleaning was done more often and more thoroughly. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but for a longer stay I would recommend looking for another option.

Great value for money hotel 30 mins from the airport but near a shopping mall and a night market. Lovely welcoming efficient staff, we had a nice room at the back which we thought would be quiet away from the road but had a bar below which was a bit noisy but not too bad. The room had everything we needed - coffee wifi hairdryer water and a good shower so we were happy and ready for our journey home. Note that they take a 500 Baht room key deposit do you have that back on your last day if you are travelling. Not sure if this could be on CC but we had cash so used that.

New hotel, very clean with a great AC. The room is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. It's quiet, and there are plenty of food options right outside. The front desk staff were very patient and excellent.

During our recent trip to Bangkok, we had the pleasure of attending chess matches at Paradise Park. To make the most of our visit, we stayed at Lumen Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Lumen’s prime location is undoubtedly its biggest asset. Nestled right next to Suan Luang Rama IX MRT Station, it offers unbeatable convenience for travelers. As soon as you step off the escalator, Lumen's entrance is just to your left, perfect for those arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport or exploring the city. For those driving in, the spacious parking area is a welcome bonus. We were greeted by Pete at the front desk; his friendliness and efficiency set the tone for our stay. I was genuinely surprised to be upgraded to a double room on the 21st floor, offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful, professional, and eager to assist. Lumen is surrounded by shopping and dining options. Seacon Square, Lotus, and Paradise Park are all within a mile radius, making it easy to shop, dine, or catch a movie. On either side of the hotel, you’ll find 7-Elevens, Café Amazon, and local morning markets are perfect for grabbing a quick bite or experiencing local flavours. Just a short stroll away, on the opposite side where Lotus is, you will find the famous 'Train Night Market', a bustling hub of food, fashion, and fun that stays lively well into the night. The room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, a powerful rain shower, a dining counter, and a cosy living area, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Rooms are with televisions. The breakfast buffet was just right: a satisfying spread of freshly cooked dishes, crispy waffles, buttery croissants, noodles, and a made-to-order egg station that left us full all day. Lumen’s leisure facilities are well-maintained and inviting. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are open until 8pm. The fitness center with a view is okay for a workout. From the unbeatable location and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality and amenities, Lumen Bangkok Hotel truly made us feel at home. It’s a modern, stylish retreat in the heart of Srinakarin, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, it hardly felt like we were away, just wrapped in the comfort of genuine Thai hospitality. Highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of local charm.

The hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by numerous street food options, with a 7-Eleven and a laundry service right downstairs. It's also conveniently close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, making transportation a breeze. The only slight downside was a strong, unpleasant odor in the air at night during my stay, which made it impossible to open the windows. This was likely due to a nearby sewage or waste treatment plant.

Excellent place for a stopover before we headed down south to the beach. Affordable price for a very comfortable and spacious room. Away from the main city area so traffic was good too. Will definitely use this hotel again!  Good window and balcony view of the Main Street and the bonus was an excellent/famous bowl of fishball noodles  just across the street!
