"The room is really great. But I think it would be better if they improve the cleanliness of the towels. The location of the hotel is really good too because it’s near the electric vehicle station. The service is really great. I find some struggle in the middle of the night with the electric currents dropped so the electricity doesn’t worked properly. Anything else is fine. I would love to stay here if I’m in Phitsanulok again😇"

"The hotel is located near an intersection, just outside of the city centre of Phitsanulok. It is close to suoermarkets, restaurants, coffee and Makro. The room is basic with a firm bed, 2 bottles of water, effective air conditioner and fridge. The wifi is good. While the hotel is quiet, sound can carry between rooms. The breakfast is very basic - waternelon, salad and Thai rice porridge with instant coffee. It would be good if there was filter coffee, juice and toast. The staff are excellent! There was good communication prior to my stay (you can contact them on line) and they greeted me with smiles. The restaurant recommendation was awesome."

"The staff were nice and there was plenty of parking. The room overall wasn't too bad, but the bathroom had a strange smell. Also, the hot and cold water knob kept switching from scalding hot to freezing cold, which wasn't very pleasant. However, the room itself was very clean."

The staff and owner are attentive and friendly, and a major highlight is their delicious coffee, which guests absolutely love. Although breakfast is a simple boarding meal, they provide high-quality butter to go with the bread, making the breakfast seem more impressive, especially considering the very affordable room rate. Room and Actual Stay Experience: While the overall exterior and bed linen appeared clean, the room itself had issues that didn't match the photos shown on the booking system. The room was older and more run-down than expected. The lighting system in the room was quite dim due to insufficient lights, making the room feel gloomy and inconvenient to use. Sleep Quality: Regarding rest, the mattress was quite firm, and the bed frame creaked loudly with every movement, which could disturb sleep. Overall, the quality of the rooms seemed inconsistent. If the hotel were to renovate and upgrade the room furnishings to match the displayed photos, it would greatly enhance the stay experience."

"I really love this place! The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room is spacious and very clean. The highlight for me was the huge bathtub, perfect for a really comfortable and relaxing soak. What's even better is that it's pet-friendly, so I could bring my cat along. My cat weighs 2 kg, and I only had to pay an extra 200 baht, which is a great price! The staff are also lovely and very friendly. If you're looking for a private retreat where you can bring your furry friends, I highly recommend Blue River. I was very impressed!"
