"This hotel is super convenient, right in front of the train station. The airport shuttle bus stop is also just around the corner. The facilities are new and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the doorknob on the first room I was assigned was broken and couldn't be locked, and it seemed like it had been left that way. It was resolved quickly when they moved me to a different room, so it's not a big deal. The photo is of the breakfast buffet."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from Basemane Gar. If you enjoy city walking, the clock tower, Agora, and the Old Market are all within walking distance. Dining and shopping are also very convenient nearby. The hotel itself is basic, but considering the price, it's not expensive. Hot water is plentiful. The staff service was excellent. I'm especially grateful to the lovely and kind receptionist, Merve, who was very helpful in answering my questions. When I left, she even helped me hail a taxi to the airport for 750 lira. Despite encountering traffic, I was satisfied with the price, as it was much cheaper than the fares charged by online pick-up and drop-off services."

"We stayed at the hotel on April 1, 2026. We booked a triple room for approximately 8,000 rubles, including breakfast. The interior was ordinary, nothing special. The furniture was old, and we didn't feel comfortable in the room. The window overlooked the side of the building, and it was noisy outside in the evening. The breakfast spread was excellent! We really enjoyed everything, especially the delicious pastries with tea. It's rare to find sweet pastries in Turkish hotels. Oh, and I should add: there's no free parking at the hotel. We were offered to park our car overnight for 350 lira. It was a bit pricey, of course, but we had no other option. There was an incident with a phone; we forgot it in the room. But the staff reacted quickly and promptly returned it to us after we had already checked out."

The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower."
