"Very nice hotel, close to the main train station and metro station. It just takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town.
The rooms are very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The room isolates the noise well. The only issue we had was with the mini fridge which makes a lot of light at night and makes it hard to sleep.
Breakfast was fresh and good quality with enough variety.
The staff was super friendly, they offered us water bottles and helped us find the correct dolmus to the main bus station.
I highly recommend it."
"My wife and I stayed for one night on June 13-14. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 803 on the 8th floor. We didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. The room size was quite ideal for us, and we thought it would also be suitable for longer stays.
- At 8:30 AM, our door was knocked for room cleaning. Initially, we didn't understand why they came so early. As we left, we noticed that the 'clean my room' button next to the door was on. We hadn't turned it on, and since we checked in late at night, we probably didn't notice it – it must have been left on from the previous cleaning.
- The sound insulation of the room entrance doors was not poor; it was nonexistent. We could hear all conversations happening in the corridor."
"Our stay was delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all standard amenities, although it did lack an iron and ironing board (a minor thing).. The hotel's aesthetics - traditional Turkish wooden architecture with intricate carvings and warm tones - created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. A special mention to Abdullah, the restaurant manager, who tailored our breakfast to our preferences, making it a delightful start to our day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return."
"The hotel is located in the very center of Ankara, with extremely easy access to all parts of the city. Starting with Ms. Ebru from the reservations team and Mr. Mustafa from the concierge, all hotel staff are highly attentive and professional. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. With its high-quality service, the hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating.
"The room was clean and well-organized, and the layout was very logical. The hotel has an underground parking lot, but getting in and out requires some skill. The front desk staff was very friendly. We couldn't find the exit on our departure day, and the staff immediately came down to help us. There's also a breakfast shop nearby, which was convenient for dining. Highly recommended!"
"It's a really nice hotel, I believe a 4 or 5 Star from what it looked like. We had a high level room with a nice view. The staff was very nice all around and we had a good time staying there."
"Booking a stay at [Hotel Name] through Ctrip this time was absolutely fantastic, it definitely deserves a full five-star rating!
First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists.
Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions.
Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay."

Amazing
SSupertutuThe service was excellent. Even though it's in a new district, getting around by taxi wasn't too bad; it took about 20 minutes to reach Ankara Castle and Anitkabir. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for three consecutive nights. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering to carry luggage and proactively asking if I needed anything, and even brought some small treats. The facilities were very well-equipped, and the price was even a bit cheaper than what you'd find domestically, making it excellent value for money. If I ever come back to Ankara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose JW Marriott again.
HHazmanWe were great by a gentlemen staff at the reception upon arrival on 13th February 2025. First impression for this hotel was good. We keep our luggage first due to our room not yet ready, we understand that check in time at 2.00pm onwards. We go out and walks to the Ankara Kaseli and Hacii Bayram Mosque and few more mosque around the city.
Hotel location is good and walking distance to the city area, Metro/Train station and few restaurant nearby hotel. The hotel and rooms itself very nice and clean. We booked a Grand Suite room for 4 persons (2 bedrooms suite). The room is spacious and very clean. We had our breakfast at 6th floor with a good view while having our breakfast, and the breakfast was good. We are enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommended for you to booked, and worth for the price you paid for. Thank you Golaz Suit Otel and team.
GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay. The reception was excellent, with staff always smiling and very helpful. The management listened attentively to suggestions and cooperated immediately. I loved the breakfast; it was varied, delicious, and plentiful. Next time, I will book it with breakfast included.
MM500897****Free coffee and orange juice, available from morning till night, which is great. It's quite clean, and staying on the first floor was fine. I didn't get to eat there because breakfast costs extra. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants nearby.
ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.
KKhurram DurraniThe stay at hotel was the worst one for me. The staff, location and other things were all good. But at evening I told them that the room is very hot and I have had headache and now due to excess hot room my blood pressure is also shooting up. But, instead they told me to open the window. Later i told him that the outside road is main road and very noisy and we couldn't rest or sleep. They neither open the AC because they said that they were still in winter mode and they couldn't open the AC or change the room and/or provide a small floor or table portable fan to that we could sleep comfortably. They didn't do anything and we spend a most miserable night without and rest and sleep. And their breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing extra ordinary or special. Just very basic.
Seriously, please do not recommend this hotel at least in April-May and in months when weather is changing whereas they only update thermostat after severe change in weather outside.
thanks
regards
Khurram
IibrahimcanozrI stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.
GGuest UserVery well located (just 15 minutes from Ankara castle), the room was amazingly luminous and well ventilated and the staff really nice, good rate price-quality
