不錯的，下次來廊坊還是喜歡住這裏的，走的時候前台小姐姐還送了水，水果，口罩，拿袋子裝起來的，早餐起來的比較晚，已經中午了，就沒有去吃，，還是很不錯滴

入住的酒店房間可能是附樓，連地毯都沒有鋪設，有點顯得簡陋，房間設施比較舊不符合四星級的標準，整體一般

沒想到200多的酒店服務這麼好，臨時有事要去廊坊半夜12點到的，前台小姑娘熱情接待並且滿足了房間不臨街的要求，主動提出幫我把中葯保存在客服部的冰箱裏。第二天早上5出門辦事中午回來想睡一會兒再返京，前台請示了領導後也滿足了延遲退房要求，真心感謝！
問題：為了好好休息把手機關機了，結果前台打電話問是否續住，交班的時候沒有交接延遲退房，被吵醒後睡意全無；中午回酒店停車場滿了，保安給指的對面停車場沒告知不是酒店停車場要收費，停好車回來路過酒店停車場的時候有車離開可以挪回來的
跟酒店打電話諮詢停車場是否收費後收到反饋，態度誠懇要把停車費幫我出了，併為這兩個問題道歉。
拒絕了停車費提出了改進的希望，希望每個人都能在本職工作上做到更好，下次去廊坊一定還住天都

房間佈置温馨，衞生好，還贈送水果，服務很到位，停車很方便，前後院都可以。位置好，很好找，300左右的價格，住這樣的酒店很值得。

設施：陳舊，挺老了，隔音也很差
衞生：床品還挺乾淨，不過衞生間之類的看着不乾淨，馬桶上有臟的痕跡
服務：晚上接待的前台很冷漠。早餐品種少。
不如快捷酒店。

每次來廊坊衹住天都，不做其他選擇，除非滿房！準四星的標準，硬件和軟件都相當過硬，服務也非常好！停車場很大，停車方便，天香閣的飯菜也不錯，總之綜合性價比非常高，值得推薦！這次離店還送了小禮品，紅豆餅很好吃😋

早餐不錯，提供了歡迎水果
特地選了一個不是太新的酒店，雖然沒有裝修污染的擔憂，可惜房間通風不太好，地毯建議還是撤了吧，影響入住感受啊，另外電視遙控器居然需要緊貼電視，找了倆服務員才看上了電視劇，酒店管理需要注意細節，服務業是需要注重顧客體驗的
