I really want to praise the service at the front desk of Qianli Hotel. First, let me say that the hotel is located in the city center and is close to everything. Wanda is only a few minutes' walk away. Because I went to Langfang to do some errands, I arrived at the hotel before two o'clock. The girl surnamed Sun spoke very softly, the room was prepared in advance, the rooms were arranged together, and she also helped us with the luggage (although it was useless in the end 😄) but she was really caring, thank you sincerely🙏 and tell us about the nucleic acid You can get there by walking. The environment and facilities have nothing to say, super, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is also big, the hot water is three seconds hot, the water supply system is great, the only shortcoming is the room service, staying in such a good hotel is because you want to enjoy the service. There is no water delivery service...the waiter in the small shop on the first floor is not staffed enough to deliver it, so I don’t drink it at all. Friends came to Langfang to play, we chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, to be honest, it was really amazing to me, entered the store and checked in at the front desk to send us a small gift, the room environment is very clean, the room sister service is very warm, the room is facing the street but not noisy at all, sound insulation is very good. The message in the room, haha, I am very happy to see that picture. The next day for breakfast, the waiter smiled very sincerely. The variety of breakfast is too rich, desserts, salads, hot drinks, cold dishes, hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles. The rice noodles in the Ming stall, the meat sauce, are really delicious, the wall crack is recommended 👍👍👍 I also specially asked their chef to teach me how to do it. Very patient to tell me the practice and precautions. Beautiful breakfast, directly bring a good mood for the whole day. We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.
