Clean and modern. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk.
There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel.
The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

Nice place and good location. Comfortable bed and decent air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but check-in went about as smooth as it can in China.

The location is excellent and quiet in the bustling city. The transportation is convenient. The front desk service is very good, especially Xiaodong. The rooms are well-equipped and the floors are very intuitive to appreciate the night view of Lanzhou. The breakfast menu is very complete and the taste is suitable for friends from all over the world. Overall, staying at Atour Hotel is definitely a good choice, thumbs up👍🏻
