The ENTIRE reason we stayed there was for the slide in the pool. We got there and were told the pool was going to be closed all weekend due some kids making a mess the previous night. I explained to the employee we booked there to use the pool with the slide and she said …sorry it’s closed
I took a look in the pool area and everything looked fine and felt it was not quite right to close it off for the entire weekend when that is when you have the most people

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was something I actually wanted to use after a long day of travel.

Hot tub water was cold, that was the reason we picked the hotel was fir the indoor pool and hot tub. Very noisy, we were on bottom floor bext to freeway

Nice decor, clean, friendly staff,
This location did not have first floor mobility wheelchair rooms, if fire no way to get out because elevators do not work during fires. Partner can not walk or go down stairs. No comfort height toilets and a bidet on toilet would be helpful for people with disabilities.

At check in, the hotel clerk was awful - not pleasant at all and not personable. The first impression is a lasting one!! He seemed to hate his job and it showed.
Also, this hotel is quite noisy as it is very close to the Interstate highway. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows- I’ve always stayed at Hampton Inns because of the great beds. The beds at both Hampton’s in two different locations were the same ; flat and hard. I like Hampton’s and I’ve always felt like I know what to expect, but these beds were terrible. Has me questioning if I’ll try another chain.
Other than that we were happy with everything else.

It’s a nice place to stay. My only issue with the property is all the door rooms slam shut. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise.
