Hotel staff were polite, toilet smelt a little needed a better mop

I think it was a clean and good hotel for the price. There were no particular problems. I didn't feel that safe about the surrounding area.

The hotel itself is good, organized, pleasant. What's not so great is its outside street; It seems a little isolated and not very busy at night.

During this stay, my experience was incomprehensible in the sense that the price I paid during the trip was the price from the invoice (a difference of 10 €). I saw pictures of different rooms and did not get the same reality. Very bad personal experience.

Access to restaurants and shops was difficult

Nice service. Parking was good. Very small. But good value

Except for one person the staff were wonderful.

Felt like the hotel was best suited to student field trips than anything else. Our main issue was one of our neighbouring rooms kept smoking, so we couldn’t leave our window open even though it was really hot weather. When the issue was raised it seemed nothing much could have been done about it. Only stayed here as we had a voucher, can’t honestly say we would book again.

One of the beds was never made during our stay. There was a sizeable spider flying between the large bed and bunk bed. My wife abhors spiders. We had to leave the hotel after 3 nights despite having paid for 6

Pleasant but location wise is not great. Vending machine only take cash

Simple but clean. Not really near ‘good’ public transport but especially for people with car ok.

Very nice hotel clean and cheap.
