Booked via Radisson for 61.50$C for one night. Called for shuttle around 8pm and it arrived in about 20 minutes (shared service with other hotels so it will make a few stops). Check-in was quick and polite, got a room on second floor. The one queen bed room was very nice and modern, clean, smart TV (did not work with my roku or casting), clean bathroom with shower. Very good night sleep. The gym is small and well appointed, 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, weights. Plenty of parking. The downside was the restaurant. There is nothing in the area so Lumberjack is your only option (used to be an Indian restaurant but still owned by the same people). Breakfast was expensive, 17.99 (the same breakfast would be 5$ less elsewhere) and eggs were overdone, bacon almost burned, cheap salty ham, salty potatoes, no coffee or juice included.

We had requested a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout, but there was some kind of a mix-up, so instead of a pullout, we had only a love seat. Arshdeep at the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting the situation straightened out for us. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty decent. Upon check out, we wanted to pay with a prepaid Visa gift card, which Shivani worked very hard to figure out for us (we've stayed at other hotels, who either couldn't figure it out, or didn't even try, so we are very grateful to Shivani for not giving up.) The only downside of our stay was that there was no hand soap in the room (a supply issue) and we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper, which should have already been stocked in the room, but these are pretty minor inconveniences. I think we got great value with this hotel, and would likely stay again if we need a place close to the airport.

I have stayed @ this Inn a few times & have been content. Room is clean & spacious. Corner fireplace is a treat. Shuttle to airport OK & short drive to airport. I do have a complaint about the included breakfast. The downstairs eating area is still closed off??? The desk clerk hands you a small bag (which is adequate) but not until 6:30 am. So if you have a 6 am shuttle to airport, they will not give you a breakfast bag. Really!!! This is an airport Inn & many people have to catch early flights. I hope they reconsider their included breakfast policy.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. A gem in the middle of an industrial area. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed comfortable. We (6 of us) had dinner there and it was very good! Again, we were surprised! We had to miss breakfast but got grab bags to go & coffee at 4:30 a.m. waiting for the shuttle. The staff were great and very accommodating. The shuttle was on time and a call from the airport when we picked up our luggage and the shuttle was at the airport within 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel. Fred and Donna V.

The location of the hotel is awesome, restaurants, close to the outlets and airport. The queen room with the pull out couch was plenty spacious for my husband, myself and our two kids. The room was very clean and the hotel staff we met in the lobby and breakfast area were all friendly and very helpful.

We made a surprise last minute visit to Edmonton after our Swoop flight out of Toronto to Puerto Vallarta was cancelled and we were rerouted, necessitating an overnight stay. We booked here and we're very pleasantly surprised. After an easy shuttle service and efficient check-in we were almost shocked how nice the room was, given how little we paid. It was clean with a comfy bed, quality bedding, and all the necessary toiletries. Unfortunately, we had to leave well before the breakfast service started at 6AM, but more importantly, the shuttle was waiting for us at the time requested. If only all travel experiences went this well!

The hotel is obviously in need of an extreme renovation. We had a large team visiting. Several rooms had various bugs in them. Carpets in the hallway were so old they were stretched and bunching. Decore and atmosphere was not pleasant. Phone lines did not work. Elevator had issues. The corners and edges in rooms were not clean. Mattresses were old. The breakfast room had ants in it around coffee area. Spend additional money if necessary and enjoy a nicely renovated clean hotel. Had we known this hotel was in such disrepair we would not have booked.

This Hotel is one of the most great places in Leduc. I noticed THAT the other best western in Leduc doesn't offer to the client nothing for free no even a bottle of water, $20 for breakfast , $5 a cup of coffee... but this BW Plus Edmonton Airport Hotel have great room, prices increible and an amazing breakfast buffet incluided!!! YOU MUST BOOK HERE ONLY if you are in LEDUC !
