Nice place, lots of street parking for semi's. Lots of convenient electrical outlets. TV remote works

We were told to make sure to not smoke in this nonsmoking room. That's fine. We are nonsmokers. After being in the room for 15 minutes, we could not breathe as there seemed to be a cigarette smoke smell that became unbearable! We had to leave.

We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic.

First off there was no lock on the door. Then the linens were dirty, the heater didn't work (we froze), the tub had mild along the edge, the plug didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.

Smelly cold room, TV didn't work. Mold all around the bathtub. Changed rooms, smelled a little better but still cold. Tv worked but there was no coffee and no continental breakfast as advertised. Mold around that tub as well. I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was friendly though.

Overall, our stay was quite adequate. We were only in the room to sleep and shower. There were times when there was a fair amount of road noise, but that was easily blocked by running the A/C. The A/C was quite a bit louder than optimal but did provide sufficient white noise to make sleeping reasonably easy.

My stay was pleasant enough. I asked for an early check in as I was supposed to be at the Tattoo Convention early and though they accommodated my request the manager made sure to mention she lost money not renting out my room the night before. It just made me uncomfortable.

The building looks a bit dated but seems to have been recently renovated. Generally PK. Very friendly staff and Management!

Easy check in. Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to hospital where I was visiting a friend.

I did not get anything that i paid for i am handicap they put me on the second floor no elevator Housekeeping came and changed sheets and put a stained dirty back on i will never recommend them or use them again

We had to put a chair in front of the door because there was not a security lock on the door. Not clean would not stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was amazing, place was very clean but dated good enough for the one night I stayed.

Hotel is very clean. Even saw front desk staff outside sweeping parking area & picking up loose litter. That was very impressive!!!

Nice folks, good sense of humour, facilities were clean, plentiful supplies, great bed
