優點：便宜，能看到海！在半山腰
缺點：房屋比較老舊，去了才會知道！店家給升級了新裝修的家庭房，但是味道太大了，感覺吸多了甲醛會中毒，一個晚上不敢關陽台門，凍的瑟瑟發抖。據説去沙灘還要收費。

老闆熱情，去的第一天特地開車來接的。由於旅遊旺季，房間與之前訂的有點出入。對風景位置沒啥要求的）可以接受。住了三天，想再續住來着，由於週五週六週日房間需要加價就沒續住了。兩點需要改善，一，衞生水流很小，洗澡不是很舒服。二，洗澡間太小估計最多一平方樣子。小孩洗澡都會磕碰到。大人洗更得注意。整體來説，衹是晚上住住，隨便沖沖澡就行的可以接受。提醒大家入住前要檢查一下，個人意見僅供參考。

度假村裡的酒店，外面的風景很美，可能是因為離還太近設施不是太好，可以放心住沒啥問題。樓下就是大排檔晚上吃飯很方便。

我獨身一人500多公里到連雲港看連島音樂節，晚上11點40多才到酒店辦入住，而且那幾天連雲港酒店暴漲，但是老闆並沒有讓我額外付費，還入住了5樓景觀房，感謝!一個舉動改變對一個城市的看法。#衞生很乾凈#服務非常滿意#位置交通離連島那一片景區特別近#房間設施該有的都有了，本身就是島上，住宿條件算不錯得了。

這是類似民宿的酒店，設施相對老化。去沙灘原本貌似是有一條路的，但是我去的時候走不了了得爬下山才能到沙灘。五一出行人多時候車子還進不去，得走路去酒店。平時應該能進去
