Absolutely stunning place and the staff are all amazing, kind, and helpful. Theu even contacted me when I left something behind and organised to get it back to me (now thats the extra mile). The room was gorgeous too and breakfast was delicious.

酒店有下午茶，酸奶還做得挺用心，給我們感覺挺好
酒店服務很到位，大門口就有服務員給我們拿箱子，還負責拿到房門口，非常貼心的服務，感覺像回到了家一樣
房間裏很乾凈，沒啥異味，設施齊全
早餐也很不錯，葷素搭配，粗糧也備了很多，很合我們胃口

房間設施特別滿意，衞生環境很好，服務一流大堂帥氣小夥子服務到衞，提前打電話問我們有什麼要求，服務熱情周到，還為我們送來温馨的下午茶，每個服務員我們都特別滿意，住過很多酒店衹有柏港國際大酒店讓我們感覺特別温馨，每次來連雲港都會選擇這家酒店，感謝酒店的每一位服務員

禮賓部人員看見客人能主動幫助拿行李，主動按電梯。前台服務員也十分熱情。到房間後，客房服務員小徐熱情的拿來酒店的自製酸奶跟小童拖鞋，並告知有問題隨時聯繫她。酒店的早餐也還不錯。如果非要挑出美中不足的地方，就是門前的停車場實在太小，門前停滿就要到旁邊的超市停車場，離酒店就實在太遠了。
其實很想給5星滿分好評，但是早上退房時車子上有很多砂漿，都是酒店裝修落下來的，真的非常非常氣憤！如果是一層浮灰也就罷了，關鍵是砂漿！！！所有所有滿意的體驗全部被最後不愉快的經歷一沖而散！酒店的工程部真的太差！跟禮賓部、客房部比起來簡直太差！沒有一點責任心！明明在裝修，明明下面有車，難道就不能做個防護措施嗎？如果沒有措施打個電話挪個車就那麼困難嗎？雖然後期酒店第一時間打電話進行公關處理，但是看到滿車的砂漿污垢確實很氣憤！

超級超級好的酒店，硬件設施很棒很棒，服務超級超級好的，疫情這麼蕭條情況下，酒店員工熱情接待每一位客人，噓寒問暖，大堂接待處的張洪琛服務周到，令人感動，客服服務的崔小紅女士非常貼心熱情，非常完美的入駐體驗，以後來連雲港衹住這家酒店。

很少評價，但入住柏港一定要評價評價，新酒店，服務到位，衞生乾淨，回家的感覺。從入住辦手續，幫拿行李，送飲品到客房，面面俱到，尤其房間枕頭，手巾都打上入住人名字，非常暖心。超5星，價格還便宜。下次一定還來住。點贊 點贊。

新裝修開業的酒店，設施很新，服務熱情周到。送了房間升級，還有酸奶和冰淇淋。枕頭和毛巾都印上了專屬名字，很意外驚喜。空中花園浪漫，美中不足不能點菜，上菜太慢，需要改進，菜品口味還是不錯的。缺少房間內設施和酒店整體的介紹。智能馬桶和電動窗簾都很不錯，洗漱套餐檔次不高，跟房間檔次不太匹配。早餐豐盛，做的比較精緻，服務好。酒店交通適合自駕，有停車場。
