I tried to pick up a rental car at the Hertz counter at the train station and had 4 employees there try to avoid eye contact with me so they wouldn’t have to help me. Then they told me they had my reservation but no cars were available. I wasn’t in the best mood when I checked into the hotel but these amazing ladies changed my day. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in town because of them!
