"The weather was over 30 degrees during the day, but the air conditioner in the room was not turned on. It only blew air when it was turned on, and it didn't cool at all. The room was exposed to the west during the day, which meant that the main control was actually at the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was just for show. Although it was over 20 degrees at night, I was sweating. I communicated with the front desk many times, and the waiter was very friendly and brought a fan. But it didn't work. If I hadn't found it when I returned at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the child had fallen asleep, I would definitely check out. I traveled in Hunan for a week, and the air conditioners of hotels over 100 yuan could be turned on at will, but this four-star hotel that cost several hundred yuan didn't even want to turn on the air conditioner, and only the lobby on the first floor had the air conditioner turned on. It's really outrageous! I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again."

The hotel restaurant serves Liling cuisine, cooked to suit individual tastes, and the food is quite good. There is both surface and underground parking. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection is plentiful. The hotel is not far from both sides of the river, making it a great place for an after-dinner stroll. The lights are beautiful at night."

When blown by the wind, they made a tinkling sound, which was a highlight. The hotel staff were warm and thoughtful. No matter what questions I had, they would patiently answer them and try their best to help me. During the stay, I felt their sincere care and thoughtful service, which made me feel as warm and comfortable as returning home."
