硬件設施不錯，人員素質需要提高，入住查不到訂單説是不是錯了，後來查到了，入住一小時電話通知該退房了，一臉懵，我説剛剛進來一個小時怎麼讓退房？又説看錯了，無語

衞生乾淨，服務態度挺好，房間還送兩瓶農夫山泉水，床很大，睡上去很舒服，早上4點多退房，前台美女很熱情，下次還會入住。

酒店是挺新的，就是服務非常非常非常不好！住過這麼多酒店，服務這樣的第一次見到！去的時候很晚了，打電話問前台怎麼停車，前台讓隨便停，我説沒地方，她讓停馬路上。沒同意後才讓停到地下車庫。入住後廁所留了一丁點紙，打電話給前台，前台讓我自己下去拿。直接無語了，後來攜程聯繫前台後才給送的。早餐種類很少，服務員服務員在聊天，也不收拾桌子，後來提醒幾次見我拿出手機來後才不情願的收拾！房間裏連個商品都沒有還要收按金。

屬於臨縣最高檔的酒店了，新開業的，裝修風格很現代，設施也很新，房間乾淨，前台熱情，還有地下車庫可免費停車，餐廳菜品齊全，味道也很不錯。

新來的酒店有裝修的味道，不過已經算臨縣很不錯的檔次了、味道再散一散就好了！服務人員還可以吧、酒店裡的配套設施挺不錯的。早餐時間太短了7.30到9點，適當延長會兒就完美了。能休息好再吃。

小縣城的酒店，晚上要了2瓶水，退房時競然説要收費4元。水錢不多，但這收水費的服務應該是我們從太原到銀川住了大大小小的酒店20多家，第一次遇到。希望用我4元的教訓給大家更多的酒店選擇
