這次在福順德訂了兩間德院榻榻米，在衞生、環境、服務方面都挺滿意，我在另一點評中有細説，以下就評評設施，酒店設施亟待完善！首先熱水緊缺，洗澡完全不夠，中途竟需停止，等待加熱，體驗糟糕！再者，洗手池龍頭有漏水情況，剛一使用便滿地是水，還叫人專門維修一次。第三，房門開合設計複雜，要一定技巧才能順利使用，引起不便。以上三點，希望店家能夠重視起來。

酒店地理位置不錯，在古鎮裏，酒店有個大停車場，這次自駕游來，有停車地方，很滿意，春節期間出行，最擔心到處找停車地方了，房間不大，但設施非常齊全，設計簡約且實用，貼心準備了小零食，味道好，早餐味道很好，小菜很好吃，但不提供午餐和晚餐，我們在古鎮裏解決的，古鎮吃的很多，小姐姐的服務非常好，再説説不好的地方，春節期間，人滿為患，從距離古鎮10多公里的地方就開始堵車，到最後3公里的地方，警察説戒嚴了，不讓開車進古鎮了，説了住裏面也不行，後來我們又繞了小村進的古鎮，入住的時候小姐姐説他們已經跟警察報備過了，住店客人都放行，但小姐姐這麼好的事情為啥不提前給客人打電話説一聲呢，另外攜程上訂單上房型都沒有早餐，但電話問説有早餐，我覺得真應該學學江浙滬的民宿，提前加客人微信，説的明明白白的，最後建議節假日千萬別來這個古鎮，人超級多

這個民宿在當地應該算最好的一家了，設施衞生服務都很好，早餐很精緻但是北方男士碳水愛好者可能吃不太飽。
有幾個減分項特別要提了一下，洗澡水温度絕不超過30度，大冬天的帶着孩子洗涼水澡也是醉了😵💫
地暖太熱，屋內無法調節，被子又厚，全家都睡不到倆小時。給大家個建議，開着窗睡覺或許還行。

在這個小鎮上感覺這樣的房子可以算是極品了，乾淨、整潔、舒適，服務態度也非常好，還有酒店院子非常漂亮。忘拍早餐了，挺豐盛！
