Good sized rooms in hotel with great facilities, pool, spar etc. Reasonable priced food and drink, Had a really nice fish and chips.

Good family( spa, treatments, pool jucuzzi, steam room & gym. Good food in the restaurant. It's just a shames that all the internal bedroom & fire doors in the corridors bang really loudly, plus you get a lot of traffic noise on 2 sides of the hotel.

My room was ok a bit dated but ok, i was disappointed that the steam room was out of order and has been for a long time now as i was told by one of the locals, and there was no spar and beauty staff available on the weekend

Was very welcoming, very helpful and polite. Room was very clean, food and drinks was good. Really enjoyed the swimming pool/spa. They was a bit of road noise at night but wasn’t that bad.

Our room was basic but clean and tidy. The swimming pool was freezing cold, the jacuzzi was out of bounds, the steam room was out of bounds and the mens changing and shower facilities were pitch black as no lights worked. The whole leisure facilities looked like they were empty & disused, not inviting and relaxing - didn’t make us want to be there for very long, less than 10 mins we were there!

The reception staff were very helpful when my partner broke her ankle. They supplied us with a wheelchair for the morning we were leaving after cutting short our stay by 1 night.

The hotel is quite run down. The room we had hadn't been cleaned thick dust ontop of the woodwork and carpet edges the shower area was run down and dirty. The breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful
