房子和設施確實有點老舊，但是整體服務還是很滿意的，有任何問題都會積極處理。位置真的很方便，壺口瀑布一日遊就在這門口有個集合點。市區一直有直升機巡邏，有點吵。

衞生情況不太好啊

一言難盡的入住體驗，本來是計劃在臨汾連住好幾晚的，因為這個酒店房間的硬件問題，臨時改了後續行程，直接去太谷西住，逛喬家大院，然後再住平遙古城了。好的方面，位置可以，鼓樓旁邊，早餐挺好吃的，比較豐盛，味道也不錯。不滿意的地方是入住時發現窗子關不上，心想這個天氣拉上厚窗簾就勉強湊合吧，不想換房折騰了，然後累了一天，洗個澡，發現手持噴頭和大花灑基本不出水，那個水小得連腳都洗不了，本來也想忍了不洗了不折騰了，後來覺得太冤，累了一天洗個熱水澡最基本需求吧，前台衹有個值班的大叔（有一説一大叔態度很好）上來看了半天，確實窗户關不上，噴頭是堵了，因為服務員長期沒除垢，試着弄了半天，還是不理想，衹能給我換個房間（還不是再多開一個房間給我洗個澡就行）大晚上12點了搬了半天，雖然換的房間水也不大，但總算能勉強洗個澡。然後房間外面是個大機房，噪音污染。所以馬上改簽了後續行程，第二天就離開臨汾不住了。聯繫攜程反映問題後，我要求當晚應該免費，客服先説補償11元，可笑至極，然後説22是她的權限最高。好吧，折騰不起，隨便吧。

壞境不錯，停車方便！還有早餐！我和孩子睡得比較舒服！下次如果選擇還會選擇這裏入住！也會推薦有需要的朋友麼去入住！
