前台工作人員接待熱情，有洗衣機，客房工作人員協助涼曬衣服。自由行幾天後，入住維也納酒店，有一種回家的感覺。房間很大，有雙人沙發，離海韻廣場不太遠。

性價比還行，就是説雖然是有窗，實際上對面是另一棟的房間的窗户，中間是不通風的，進去味道很大，換氣扇又壞了。地毯一股常年沒有洗的味道。
床挺大的，有沙發但是表面有污漬，淋浴間外面有百葉窗拉開，這個設計很傻。。
周圍在修路，附近還是有一些吃的，但不多。
交通還算方便，離車站很近，建議還是住清水灣吧，這個店不會住第二次了。

服務員態度可以,但衞生很差,床單上有血跡,真的特別辣眼睛,沒洗乾淨就鋪上去了,服務員態度還可以,停車場比較簡陋,沒有人管理,車被刮傷了.

房間衞生尚可，服務一般，環境奇差，下面修馬路，樓上裝修，特別是晚上二樓有一滑冰場，音箱奇響，低音炮震的牀板都抖，打總枱請他們小點聲，總枱小姐説派人去協商，聲音也沒低下來，我們一直堅持到快11點了才停下來。請晚上怕吵的中老年人，不要來住，如有心臟病確實受不了！
