電視相當於擺設，還是陳年老電視，不隔音，一晚上都是隔壁打呼聲，氣味也差，特別是床單被罩這些顏色，洗澡連個熱水也放不出來，就一個床位能用，就值30塊錢的房價。坑

服務超級好，前台阿姨非常熱心，還送了礦泉水和水果給我，房間非常乾淨，交通也便利，獨立的熱水器，再也不擔心熱水不夠用了，推薦！！！

#衞生衞生很棒很放心，房間整潔乾淨無異味，大廳也整潔讓人很舒服#服務老闆是東北人實在人，服務態度特別好，還給送礦泉水喝，很熱情#位置交通靠近人民廣場商圈，門口就有公交站，出行方便樓道有做燈條，晚上回來也能看清階梯。而且樓梯口踏步墊了很厚的地毯，走路不會有聲音，不影響周圍住客，誇誇這點很細節了很喜歡店裡的小狗跳跳（吉祥物了屬於是）

這是一家家庭旅館，比較乾淨，也比較簡陋。在舊城區，旁邊不遠就是人民廣場，交通方便，去銀雀山漢墓竹簡博物館、臨沂博物館、王羲之故居都有公交。但空調不是很給力，房間有點冷，走廊不夠通風。

酒店設施很新，衞生也很乾凈，店主姐姐人特別好，很熱情，服務很到位，地理位置也很不錯，準備吃飯的地方挺多的，離我需要去的學校也很近，非常方便。出門的時候店主姐姐還跟我講考試加油，希望有機會進複試，還定這家。
