房間設施挺好，住着很舒適，枕頭也安排的挺合理有高有低，房間被工作人員每天都打掃的很乾凈，工作人員都服務周到，熱情有耐心，強烈推薦入住！

第一次住，酒店很乾凈，位置也很好，交通很便利，前台服務態度很好，服務很暖心，入住有熱茶相奉，還有零食和糖供應。客房的衞生打掃得很乾凈，整潔，打掃衞生很及時，早餐也很豐富，大姐們的服務很好，桌面衞生乾淨，值得推薦入住。重點誇下前台的小姐姐，服務態度非常熱情，也很熱心。下次出差來，還會再來這家!

事先電話前台，並沒有告知冷的事宜。
酒店連漢庭都不如，還説介於漢庭和全季間。房間冷的一塌糊塗，換了三次房還是很冷，居然被告知因為臨沂降温，而且空調衹能打26度二檔否則不好用。十分鐘房間都不暖和，進屋凍鼻子，還説每個人體感不同。這是花錢買罪受。價格跟青島五星級酒店差不太多，房間又小，又冷。作為品牌星級連鎖酒店，不應該是這個水準和服務。最後晚上一點多拿來電暖氣，將就一晚上。
因為酒店直接影響臨沂城市的形象。差評，絕對不推薦。後台不要屏蔽我的評論。。。。
