週六齣差需要居住這附近，原先打算住蘭歐，同事推薦找的星程，房間比蘭歐小很多。第一天入住，給的房間是電梯旁，總是因為電梯啟動發出咚咚聲，因為太累了不想換，行李都擺開了不想收拾，結果夜裡還是一直咚，第二天週日換房，上去後發現是尾房，我定的商務大，詢問過高級大的區別，第一天前台説高級大是尾房，下樓後另一個前台改變説辭，説是高級大衞生間小。實際上房間應該並沒有區別，區別的就是價格；房間裏剛打掃有很濃厚的香水味，沒在意直接擺開了行李，出門後等氣味散一下回房，一股煙味，本人不吸煙對煙味敏感，但是行李擺開了不想收拾，開窗透氣，洗手用毛巾擦手後，發現一條毛巾有非常濃的煙臭味，滂臭 ，真的很炸毛！是上個大哥擦嘴了還是用毛巾擦馬桶了，到最後還是不想換了，不想一個週末在換房中渡過，有個週末非常的不愉快，明天還在臨沂，但是換酒店了。

酒店設施衞生都不錯，尤其喜歡洗漱台跟衞生間是分開的設計，在這裏特別要感謝前台劉經理服務非常熱情周到，會根據我們的需求給合理安排房間，很會為客户着想，有機會還來住這家酒店。

很少給差評，住的真的很不滿意，就連蘭歐的一半也沒有，我住過這麼多酒店從來沒遇到過12點退房的，都是2點退房，還有房間裏還有蟲子，更令人煩人的事，就是旁邊還有一家幼兒園，大早上就放音樂煩死了，根本不讓睡覺，睡不着不説，睡了一夜第二天桑子疼死了，就連個刮鬍刀的都沒有，不推薦，太差勁了，一大早就打電話説退房，我們出差本來就很累了……還打電話説退房了，我還能不知道退房？洗澡的淋浴噴頭也不好用漏水，還老是歪歪着，不好用
