Morgan-Jupiter Apartments

In the beginning I really enjoyed my stay. However, later on in the stay, the water boiler broke at 4:30am in the morning. There was nobody there for help to atleast pick up the phone for emergencies. I had texted, sent multiple videos, tried to call the police it would not allow me there and I did not even know the number to dial either. It was hot so there was a button on the wall to I am assuming to call atleast the ambulance. Glass broke off, pressed the button no one cared. I feel as a facility there should be someone there or take over night calls in case of an emergency at least and the button on the wall should have worked to have the ambulence come. Unsure why that did not happen. Then when I tried to communicate in "their hours of operations" at 9:30am in the morning I was given unnecessary attitude when asked if they received my messages, and videos. Was told "all of our office equipment is wet so we did not" yet somehow the phone is working the very phone they use to send messages and texts to. It really infuriated me. Everything else aside from that was fine before all of that. They fixed it approximately around 2 days later which is good. But I had to literally spend money on a hotel which cost alot of money. Thankfully though the hotel and Morgan Jupiter will refund me my money. Which was good but not all hotels do that so it was very scary doing all of this in a foreign country with no one to call or came other than the neighbors and I was super lucky with him

Wonderful stay at Lisbon. Close to supermarkets, public transport and lovely places to walk through. Loved the place, quiet and nice, just what I needed! I would stay again next time I am in Lisbon. Obrigada!

Great stay, very well laid out apartment with all the amenities required, staff on site and attentive. Highly recommend

It was a very clean hotel. Staff is nice and will help you out when you need it.

The staff is very polite and the apartment is exceptionally clean and cozy.

I think overall the Morgan Jupiter is a fine establishment. The apartments are beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located. My only annoyance was the prevalence of paid adons. They are all fairly priced but it gives an impression of booking a low cost flight to find out you need to pay for water. I would come back but I would happily pay 15$ more a night and not have to worry constantly about little extras looming over my head. Staff was still super pleasant and nice.

Basically ok - but no place to hang jacket, no stand for the suitcase except the floor. Coffee maker in the room but impossible to find right capsules from the shops so only option to buy expensive capsules for the reception.

We did not get the nice room with queen bed that we reserved, instead a tiny room with a double size sofa bed that was unbearable (3 nights with no sleep) Staff was wonderful and helpful but could not give us the room we had reserved (booked up)
