The grades of hotels booked through Ctrip are very low. I booked Lishui Dongfang Hotel twice, 210 yuan/room or 225/room.

Upstairs is the KTV, it's like a disco at night, it's so noisy that I can't sleep. Originally there were 2 elevators, but only one was open due to the epidemic. Every time I went up and down the stairs, I had to wait for nearly ten minutes. The exaggeration is that I waited for half an hour, and every time people were full, it was even more unsafe.

Without breakfast, the air conditioner was as loud as a plane started, and I couldn’t fall asleep. After turning off the air conditioner, the mosquitoes buzzed again. The family was bitten by several packages. I searched the entire room and couldn’t find the mosquito coils, so I called the guest room. The department was only sent here, and then it was too hot, so I had to turn on the air conditioner again, and the whole family did not sleep well! Every time the car drove back to the underground garage or went out, the security guard was not on duty and had to call to pick up the pole. There is a serious lack of facilities and services. I have been taking care of it in vain and will not consider it again next time.

網上訂房間時候價格156元，訂了兩個標間兩晚，離店付款怎麼價格漲價了呀？雖然漲了沒有幾塊錢，為什麼不告訴客人漲價了呢？消費也要明明白白的呀，什麼道理？？？不明白不明白！！！

如果可以，一顆星也不想給，衞生條件極其差，空調還是壞的，凌晨1點多找服務員，給了個風扇，還是壞的，再拿了一個，還是不好的，衹能湊合用。真的是一個晚上沒休息好，第二天跟前台反映問題，態度還非常差，我借存一下東西，還要求超過退房時間要補錢。真的是無語死了。我錢一分也沒少給，商家沒有任何説法。
